When we first got here it was pretty awesome. Looked around and thought this was going to be the best place to watch football games this fall. We ordered 3 shots and 4 beers. Waitress comes out with 3 shots and 3 beers-strike 1. Then when she finally brings the forgotten beer, she brought the wrong size-strike 2. We tried to order a second round of shots and we were told no, that the owners were here and "watching them like a hawk". Who cares and what does that have to do with me ordering a second round of shots??? Its not like were blacked out and need to be cut off-we just got here!! She said we had to wait 10 minutes, and didnt take the empty shot glasses with her. 10 minutes later we tried to order that second round of shots and she still said no. Very upsetting considering its Sunday and their opening day-when we came here to drink and watch sports. Well we probably wont be coming back here again. Well give our money to someone who wants it because apparently they dont. We spoke with the manager and he had no idea about this "one shot per hour rule". Told us to order up. Redemption!!!!

Wait time was decent at 10-15 minutes on a Monday night. Server was friendly and knowledgable with suggestions to us newcomers about sauce selection. He didnt bring us our food however. The server who did was clearly English-challenged and didnt seem to grasp that half our order order was missing (what did he think we would do with eight sample cups of sauce and nothing to dip it with?) and we had no silverware. When he finally brought the wings they were bone-in when we ordered boneless and no coleslaw for the pork sandwich. The manager who saw our consternation was more helpful and comped us the fries when the ones he brought were wrong. Once we had our correct order all of us felt the sauces were WAY too salty and that most of the food itself was just frozen out of the bag and then deep fried. Of the four of us who ate, three agreed we wont be back.

I just waited 40 minutes for a take out order that I was told would take 15 minutes. This is the third time that has happened at this location. So disappointing because I actually like their food but every time I try and eat here I am let down and the food is ruined by my experience with the employees and the chefs. After waiting all that time, my food was handed to me cold. They offered to make up for it by paying for my $10 meal, but I am not entirely sure they will go through with it. Last time they offered gift cards that expired the next week. I have officially decided I will never return. Instead of doing their jobs correctly the first time, they simply try to bribe you into coming back. Buffalo wild wings needs to get their employees in check because they are going downhill fast.

If noise, exorbitant prices and lousy service are your thing, then youve come to the right spot. Cant comment on the food because we never got ours. We were on the road from Sacramento to Chico, phoned in an order for 15 wings (that is what they supposedly make here right?), were told it would be fifteen minutes. Arrived at the place 15 minutes later, no order ready. Waited 40 minutes, and bought a Coke for twice what it would cost any place else, still no food ready so we asked for our money back and left. I know they just opened this weekend, but this was inexcusable. Get your act together before you open to the public. Will never return.

This was my 8th and last visit. I was cut off by the bartender after my 5th drink in 2.5 hours. I am a fairly heavy drinker so this is not a lot of alcohol for me. It was trivia night so my friend and I who sat at the bar were getting into the game and having a good time. No stumbling, no shouting profanity, no inappropriate behavior at any point. The bartender rudely said "how about we wait 15 minutes" across the bar for everyone to hear. I have never been embarrassed like this in my whole 26 years on this planet. Needless to say, their super mediocre food and overpriced drinks will not be bringing me back.

It seems like this place is often understaffed, but missing staff appears once the rush is over. I paid over 50$ for a lunch if wings and a basket half filled with fries. Upon noticing the half full basket, the server said "oh thats not full! Ill be back with more" only to never be seen again. Today I went to the take out side, and although they still seemed understaffed, it was much better than the long wait I had to be seated last time. Edit: after "confirming" I had all of my items for takeout I reached work to find out they had not even included my wings...

I have visited this establishment several times and have ALWAYS been disappointed. First time the waiter was new and brought us the wrong wings and the service took a long time. Second time, decent service but they decided to stop serving alcohol within 5 minutes we walked through the door and they werent closing for an hour (we got there about 930). The last time, I ordered a drink and the waiter came back to ask questions about the drink FIVE times. When he finally brought my drink it was disgusting and I sent it back and drank water.

This is place is gorgeous. But waitress and serving is lousy. I been waiting for someone to take my order for 20 mins when I got seated and other people came after got their drink, wow. We even, ask someone to take my orders, piss. They got our order but still dont have our drinks, wow. But another one, they say they dont have our orders, wow very piss now. I feel like leaving now but I want to try this new wings. Ask another waitress she got our order in, wow. I feel like dealing with a floor manager.

Three strikes. We ordered online and waited 43 minutes from our pick up time for the order which we noticed wasnt complete until we got home. Another gentleman phoned in an order and was still waiting. People walking in were seated and served before we got our food. We did take out another time and it was gross, like it had been sitting. The last time we dined in the food was poor quality, service reasonable. We have you a shot more than once BWW. No more.

Chico B-Dubs® is the real deal! Ive had the fried pickles, cheese curds, and Asian Zing Wings, and they were all delicious. One of the managers, Fred, took time out of his busy night to talk to me about Fantasy Football, and my servers Beatriz and Patrina were awesome. Im stoked to have a B-Dubs® in Chico! The atmosphere is stellar! Thank you for the excellent hospitality, and I look forward to spending my money here in the future.

My husband is from the midwest and bdubs was his favorite restaurant. He was so excited when they came to Chico, only to be let down repeatedly. In 10 visits, food was correct only once, service was so slow we had to walk up to the bar to get our drinks that had been sitting there for 20 minutes. It takes a lot to make someone not want to go to their favorite restaurant...congratulations bdubs, youve done it. We will not be back.
