Our experience today was horrible!!! We have an error once & it was fixed immediately. Tonight was error after error. When we started ordering the cashier was right because our daughter doesnt like the bread that comes with the veggie burger. He asked an employee how to sub the bun? Then the cashier proceeded to do his job great! My daughter immediately saw it was the wrong bun. She didnt want to say anything but i insisted because i knew she want going to eat it. The same man that changed the order says he was trying to make it cheaper otherwise it would have been an eztra $2. Shouldnt you allow the customer to make that decision? My son n law asked for mushrooms on the side. Who serves ice cold mushrooms? Yup my husband a prior su? chef was shocked! To top it off I HATE ONIONS!!! I can cook with it, makes food tasty of course but God forbid i take a bite of an onion(Childhood issue)!!! Yup I took a bite & grilled onions were everywhere!!! Why? My sweet potato fries came luke warm. This was my st timw ordering them. Lets not forget we spent over $40. Whether i spend $4/ $40/ $400 i should get whats ordered. This was not acceptable period!!! He came & said he didnt know what happened? My receipt was right except for the veggie burger of course. Ok so you gave me a coupon i had to ask for with the bun issue. I would have expected to have the money refunded at that point dont you? I didnt eat my burger, I was to grossed out. My daughter was mad that everything went wrong & ate a little bit. So in between our burgers going back and forth all the fries were cold, our sodas watered down. Enough written

This is probably the least favorite place Ive been to, customer service was unwelcoming with a touch of rudeness to go.. We ordered the vegetarian burger with avocado( BIG MISTAKE !) was was so sloppy that you couldnt even hold it together, the burger was bland with no spices, i would recommend removing it from the menu to avoid people wasting their money on it, Ive tasted a lot of veggie burgers and they are usually tasty and full of flavor, this however was far from it The table was dirty with no proper cleaning, even the floors underneath the tables had food .. Nasty i would say the least! Would not be back

Slightly smaller example of the burger chain located right off the highway by where the old Nut Tree used to be. The restaurant is on the north side of the highway, which is the side opposite the outlets, fyi. There are a number of booths and a large common table at this location. The tables were not clean, and nobody came by offering to wipe them down. At least the food was consistent in quality and amount as other locations. Not bad for a quick bite on your way through town, but not a destination, to be sure.

I was curious and hungry... a very good friend told me to come and check out The Habit.... Really glad I did.... My tri-tip steak sandwich with teriyaki sauce was Awesome..... Jeff had the superfood salad and loved it... The manager is outstanding she came over with a great big smile on her face and asked us if she could do anything else for us today... Overall I believe were going to make this a good habit..... I highly recommended it..

Got here a little after they opened and I told the cashier it was my first time. He was very friendly and told me how they worked and how the patties were a 1/5 of a pound and the double char is the best buy. Wish I could remember his name but we came in around 1045am on 4/17/16. The Santa Barbara is what he recommended and that burger was tall and full of fresh avocado. Definitely going back to this place.

Quick and great service. They accommodated our family and switched all the meat patties to veggie patties without any issues. I ended up ordering the portobello burger substituting it with a veggie patty and adding avocado. Delish. As for the location, it was a quick stop and easily accessible to the Vacaville Outlets. The facility is very clean with plenty of seating available inside and outside.

This is one of my California favorites. Someone once told me Id like them more than In n Out, which I thought was Californian sacrilege, but they were right. I always order a double when I should order a single, its honestly tastes better, but you cant go wrong with any of the burgers or sandwiches here.

A bit overpriced, but good food nonetheless. The milkshakes are decent, I wish they had chunks of cookies in them! The burgers are normally great, but last visit my bun was overdone? Fries were perfect. The environment and surrounding area is awesome.

Ordered a cheeseburger to go today and when i got home i received a burger on a dry bun and nothing else. And when i called you cant get through, anyhow wont go back but thanks for the dog food! I do have a picture i wish I could post!

Never before has anyone messed up as bad on my order as these guys. If your choices are here and a dumpster, I would suggest the latter. Habit burger is an excellent chain, just not this location. Try Davis or Napa.

I love their burgers, all of them! Carbroiled goodness, melt in your mouth! Only wish they had a drive thru! The staff are always nice and friendly and you dont have to wait forever for your food.

The fried green beans are my favorite. They will lettuce wrap any sandwich and its always fresh and crispy. The downside: the service is always slow even when there are few customers.
