Achtung, sehr vorsichtig sein. Am 13.07.2017 wurde gegen 12:00-12:30 Uhr in unser Auto eingebrochen und mehrerer Wertgegesntände entwendet. Obwohl das mittlerweile der 100 Einbruch auf diesem Parkplatz war, wird nicht daraufhingewiesen. Es gibt zwar Überwachungskameras, die aber nicht auf den Parkplatz zeigen. Immer selbe Maschen: Ihr werdet beobachtet und sobald ihr das Auto verlasst, schlagen die die Scheiben ein und nehmen was sie tragen können. Das dauert keine 5 Minuten. Das Problem ist dort bekannt, aber leider ist es der FastFoodKette mehr oder weniger egal oder sie sind machtlos. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Be careful, be very careful. On the 13th of July 2017 we got into our car against 12: 00-12: 30 clock and several valuables were stolen. Although this was the 100 burglary in this parking lot, is not indicated. There are surveillance cameras, but they do not point to the parking lot. Always the same stitches: You are watched and as soon as you leave the car, the discs beat and take what they can wear. This does not take 5 minutes. The problem is known there, but unfortunately the fast food chain is more or less no matter or they are powerless.

Service is great, Food is Hot & made Just the Way you want! They try to be as Fast as Possible, but because its a popular spot, & has tons of customers, be prepared to wait awhile for your order, especially if you go thru the Drive Thru. Which is unusually backed up w/ a dozen or more cars. Its normal to see a person taking orders on the outside to speed things up, & shorten the wait time. Which is why I opt to inside, which for the most part is a bit crowded, overcrowded, but on a hot day you cant beat the A.C.e waiting to go thru the Drive Up on the outside, to help speed things up w/ the dozen or so cars. Worth the wait! No Matter What!

In-N-Out is to California what McDonalds would be to the East Coast, if Mickey Ds business model was to do no evil. In-N-Out doesnt freeze, pre-package or overprocess. The result is a more delicious and nutritious product, made the old fashioned way - which says a lot for fast food. This location is a convenient stop along the highway to Six Flags. As such, this spacious location sees a lot of business, and the crowd is usually families, many with little children. The staff always appears to be in good spirits, and theres ample seating indoors and out. Pro tip: Google In-N-Outs secret menu and order an item from there.

Not Actually a Good Burger. Its a bit like wine snobbery. If you put boxed wine in a fancy bottle and serve it as rare French wine, based on looks alone, 99% of the people would rate it very highly. Driving through, you might think youre in for a treat. Its clean, has see through kitchens, and they cook it in front of you. But the burger itself is not good. Its literally just a generic ground beef thrown on a grill. No special preparations or spices or anything. While thats OK, it makes for an exceedingly generic burger experience.

Not super impressed. Ceiling looks like its decaying. Plus the girl working the register didnt know what to do when I tried to use Samsung Pay. I explained how it worked and then asked her if she needed to push a button on her screen to prompt the card reader and she said no. So of course it didnt work. Then when I paid with my actual card she pushed a button on her screen first and suddenly the card reader did its thing. We kinda got into it a bit. She dumb all around.

Came here on Christmas eve. I paid half gift card the rest on my debit card. I was trying to zero out a gift card so I can toss it and for whatever reason the cashier says "we understand the holidays got us like that too" Excuse me? I get it Ive dont customer service for years and that really isnt a conversation started or good rebuttal. So I just ignored and carried on. The food was on point. But the drive through needs some pointers on customer service. Just saying

Food/service were great, but definitely wouldnt recommend stopping here. My buddys car got broken in to while we were eating, in a very crowded parking lot at about 8:30pm. The drive thru line probably saw the whole thing, including the In-N-Out employee who was taking orders. Talked to the manager at the store and she said it was the third break-in in two days in that parking lot. So yea - 5 stars for the food, 1 star for the location.

The food the there is disgusting me and my brother are throwing up and pooping everywhere what the heck is wrong with the people there how do you give someone a burger and milkshake and have it cold and soggy and the milkshakes they taste like they have been in the sun for thirty years and the been in the freezer for five minutes I hate in-n-out

My family and I are on vacation and couldnt wait to try out the food. The food was awesome!! But even better than the food was your employee Raymond Roberts and Amjad.From being served our food from Amjad to having great conversation with Raymond. Our visit was one to remember!! In-n-Out kicks major ass. Their food is absolutely to die for, and this is on in-n-out on the way to wine country! We stopped there leaving SFO as we drove to Napa. All we did was search "in-n-out" and that is how we found this one. Totally worth it! Got a neapolitan shake and a double-double. So good. As always.

I love coming to In N out with the family. It is fast food, yes, but there is something about In N Out that makes you feel better about fast food. It is also fun to watch how fast their team members work. They are so organized that McDonalds, Burger King, and KFC gotta be jealous and envious to the bone. lol

I know people love this place but I cant understand why. The patties might be made from never frozen beef but are paper thin and cooked until they are dry. Processed cheese. Skinny fries. Id say you get what you pay for, but I think its overpriced for what you get. Dont buy into the hype.

I love coming here at 10/11 PM after a workout. The lines generally go by quickly and Ive yet to have an incorrectly placed order (Ive probably been here at least 30 times). Ive also always managed to find parking and theres generally a shorter line inside than the drive-thru line outside.

Beware of the parking lot at this In-n-Out. Out car got busted into, in broad daylight at 7 pm. Talked to the manager and she said it happens almost once a week. Cant believe there are no cameras or anything set up to catch the scumbags. Keep watch of your vehicle here.

No onions, little portion of fries! I asked for some peppers and she ignored me and asked her coworker what time she was off? ... Whatever happened to the old good serviced in n out.. 2 stars because the line was long and I still got my food fast. Wrong but fast!
