I have been to many Colombian Restaurants in my life and growing up in a Colombian household, I was upset when my food reached my table. I ordered one of Colombians most famous meals the, Bandera Paisa and it was horrible!!!! The thing that stood out the most was, for those of you that are Colombian like myself will understand what good chicharon is. Well this place cooked it like the Mexicans do until it was burnt and hard as a rock!!! I complained about it and the waitress ignored me... She then came back and I forced them to make me a new set that did come out better but the beans were horrible the rice was horrible and the steak had no flavor. Now my wife ordered the Lentejas Special and it came with rice, patacon, and a peace of steak all of it was HORRABLE except I did enjoy the taste of the Lentejas. I do have to say though before we even received our meal as all good Colombians I ordered some Empanadas. Now those were GOOD they make them with potato and shredded meat here but they have good flavor and the masa is well made and golden. I think if I ever go back it will have to be for one thing only and that would have to be their EMPANADAS. In addition I highly recommend that you do not drink their water there. I had to have them take my glass back twice it had all kinds of floatys in it and it was just DIRTY and disgusting. Make sure you get a bottled water or better yet take your own make sure you get a clean glass and order ice only.

Hize un pedido en navidad de empanadas y pan de bonos, cuando llegue por el pedido lo habian olvidado. Luego me hicieron esperar mas de una hora. Las empanadas de mala calidad lo mismo los pan de bonos. No les recomiendo hacer pedidos para navidad.

I wonder if people giving 5 stars are even colombian? I am and is tje second and the last time i go to this place! The bandejs paisa is horrible and in very small portion, my wife got an overcooked fish dish and tje worst part is that the place is not even run by colombis but guatemalans. The only good thing they do are the jugoes thats it! If you wanna try something years better there is a place ovrr Melrose and anothrr in Vun Nuys, this place suck!

I had been eating there for the last 10 years and I had bring lots off people basically related with the transportation services that I provide, had a good review from them and they really liked. On Holidays and special occasions I always order food, prices are very reasonable and mostly the quality and cleanest and the good flavor just like home. 5 stars.

I when to El Molinito with my family to go eat same colombian food. It was really GOOD and the waiter was really Nice and you can tell they Care about someone their. And the owners are really Nice. And Love the place, VERY CLEAN!!!!!!!!! The food is AWESOME I have been there a few time but the food is excellent highly recommended.

First time there, and the food was completely delicious, Rosita is a dear & amazing person, she accommodates any request and always carries a beautiful smile, thats a plus. Seriously the food is delicious, the service is great, you wont be disappointed, come over and enjoy some "empanadas" yummy
