I have gone atleast 10 times and not even once has my order been correct. I thought if i went into the store it would be better but it was even worse. When you order for 6 people it is a big hassle to check your food every time so you trust the people. This place has not been correct even once. I cant believe how bad they are. I swear over the last year i have been there 10 times and not even one time has my order beeen right. Way off every time. This has been the worst place in the whole desert from palm Springs to Coachella in the whole 15 years i have been here. The worst by far. Have even been in to talk to management and not accepted any free food. They are the worst.

I cant rate it.... The place is pathetic. I drive clear from La Quinta Cove to the KFC to get my family dinner before I go to work. I get clear home and unpack the bag containing my order only to find that they where not competent enough to give me everything they charged me for. After calling the number on my receipt 6 times someone finally answers the phone. She was kind enough to let me know that I could stop by sometime and pick up the remainder of my order. Now how is that for customer service....

Hubby picked up 1/2 Roasted and 1/2 Original Recipe and 2 Pints of Coleslaw .....the chicken (both types) were undercooked and tasted terrible ..the coleslaw was horrific ... didnt even come close to tasting like the KFC Coleslaw of ages ago, What have they done to the Colonels recipes? I don;t drive thru and because I eat it there, I get to send it back if it"s not absolutely splendid They will gladly correct however many mistakes they made when originally preparing/.packing your meal YOURE WELCOME Life doesnt have to be so hard

Normally the food and service are decent. Tonight it was bad. Very displeased. For the second time in a week, this KFC has been extremely disappointing. They have been out of what I ordered and the quality has been sub par. I cannot believe this is at all acceptable for service. I will not be back!

Employees dont have no kind of communication skills. Food sucked the 3 times Ive gone there. I even gave it a try by going inside. It sucked even more. Dirty. They take to long. And they are not cooking your food. Because when you do get it, its all dry and hard. Dont go there

Its hard to expect anything great when you come in and you havent been there for a while, I didnt understand what the new styles were and it just didnt work for my kids the staff isnt capable of understanding that or trying to be helpful.

Used to love KFC until I tried this location and its employees. Incompetent management, employees and horrendous costumer service. I hope the franchise dont oversee this establishment and does something about it to improve its performance

Ordered food but it was cold and clearly been sitting for awhile. Asked for a fresh batch and was given attitude and told that a new one would be 7-8 mins. Waited 30 minutes before getting it, however was given extra in compensation.

Just got home from picking up KFC. I ordered an 8 piece bucket of dark meat with two sides. I got home with a six piece bucket, only half of them dark meat, and only one side. How hard could that have been to get right?
