Ive only tried liquid nitrogen ice cream a couple of times and was never a fan. It was always too thick and milky for my taste. A La Minute has changed my mind completely! What We Ordered - Strawberry Balsamic - Orange Honey I didnt want to be risky so dont judge my boring selections haha. I ended up choosing Orange Honey because my mom took my first choice, Strawberry Balsamic. Orange Honey was light in flavor...which was probably why I did not fall in love with it. Strawberry Balsamic was my favorite and I was glad my mom didnt like it, we switched. :P Balsamic was a tad too sour but, luckily, there wasnt too much drizzled on top. I will be back!

Any time i get that Giddy feeling after a few bites of ice cream, i know it is something special and that is exactly what A la minute did for me! Soft, milky and the most fresh ice cream Ive had in a very Longggg time! They make it right in front of you with dry ice and a fancy machine this brings a bit of theatric-feel since you can literally see dry ice spilling out of their booth and I havent seen that since high school! There is no taste testing so you gotta just trust them. So far I loved the Espresso Chips! The salted cameral which is a fan fave wasnt particularly a favor of mine only because it became overly sweet with the caramel on top.

I got a medium chocolate lavender and my husband got a medium strawberry balsamic. The chocolate was pretty good and you can also really taste the lavender. However, I do recommend getting a small. After taking a couple of spoonfuls, i got tired of the flavor. The strawberry balsamic was very different but also pretty good. It wasnt as strong of flavor as the chocolate. Overall pretty good,but I dont think I would come back honestly.

Best artisanal ice cream place ever. Fast and easy service, a little pricey but the ice cream is always amazing; its never been disappointing. If youre a fan of mint chocolate chip, I highly recommend that flavor along with Orange Honey, Avocado, and their Hot Toddy Float. Fun fact: all the ingredients they used are from Redlands as they are based from there.

avocado ice cream YUMMY!! I havent seen it anywhere... also they make ice cream in front of my eyes KOOL!! next time I will try honey orange flavor The store is big. The line is long sometime.The atmosphere is awesome. The parking is horrible. Any size gets two scoops, just different by the scoop size. Only one flavor each cup.

Come and enjoy the unique flavors of ice creams but enjoy the show of them mixing your ice cream right in front of you. Its especially fun if you bring friends for a first time experience and watching their reaction.

Best ice cream on earth! I have tasted most of Italys gellato and can honestly say this. The liquid nitrogen is just good science and its fun to watch. So happy they brought their magic from Redlands to Orange. Try them out you will be impressed with the variety and taste.

Tried the Fresh mint, the Avocado and the Bourbon with honey. My favorite was the Avocado! The Fresh mint was flavorful but the mint was very potent which was good for me but not for the kids. The Bourbon was super sweet but very creamy. Fast and friendly service.

Avacado ice cream = genius creation; it is the creamiest ice cream I have ever had. The hint of avacado is delightful on a hot summer night. This place made a believer out of me. Who new liquid nitrogen could be used to make fresh ice cream in a minute or less.

If you ignore the price, the place is great. Its spacious (high ceiling and big tables) and there is a variety of flavors. The ice cream is a bit on the sweet side, but if you share it with a friend, itll be enough to enjoy!

They have unusual flavored ice cream like chocolate lavender and avocado ice cream, but theyre great if youre a little adventurous. Well worth a try. It can be a little crowded on the weekends, so give it a little time!

Always so good. Salted caramel of course. The strawberry balsamic is my other favorite. Dont be afraid to step outside what you typically expect in terms of ice cream flavors. Everything they serve here is phenomenal.
