Overpriced, cash-only with uninspired Dreyers ice cream. Theyve recently raised their already over-priced ice cream, now $5.50 for a small cup (literally one scoop, not a generous one at that, unlike most any other ice cream shop), $6 for a single scoop cone. Family of 4: 1 cone, 3 cups, $22.50, cash only. This isnt for any house-made ice cream or even Ben & Jerrys... Its for $3 a half gallon at the supermarket Dreyers. Small scooper, big gouge. Rocky Mountain Chocolate across the street and a couple doors down has ice cream on their sign at $3.95, wish Id gone on to check out what they had before buying our treats at Chantilly, take note and Ill know better for next years summer outing to Laguna.

Horrible service!!! Went in with a friend to buy a couple of ice cream cones with a friend. When I asked to try a flavor, I was met with "We dont give out samples." Which I told them I found odd because the customers standing right in front of me were trying a couple of different flavors. Im African American and all the other patrons (including my friend) were White while I was in the shop. I dont know it was racially charged but I do know I was the only one who physically looked different from all the other customers and I was the only one denied trying a flavor before making a purchase.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. It was our first time there. So we obviously wanted to look at the menu before making our selection. The employees kept yelling at the customers the whole time to keep moving. Like we were a herd of cattle. That we rushed to make a selection as fast as possible. Ice cream is average. Overpriced. Never EVER going back. Waist of time and money. Horrible customer service!!

Incredibly overpriced, and they dont take credit card, only cash. We went in for icecream, but ended up leaving. The employees kept pressuring us to hurry up and make a decision, which was difficult since they dont offer samples. Overall it was the worst experience Ive ever had with an ice cream establishment. I felt as if they did not care about my service, and just wanted me in and out.

Overpriced even for Laguna Beach, no samples, cash only, and unfriendly service. The ice cream is the same Dryers you can get in any grocery store and the smoothies are not made with fresh fruit. Do yourself a favor and walk 400 feet down the street to a Gelatto place that is superior in every way.

Over priced GMO Dryers IceCream served by local attitude filled teenagers. I pray to god my kids never end up like the disrespectful kids working here . Avoid if you can .
