Shera is an excellent employee who goes out of her way to remember customers names and their favorite food/drink. I think this is very commendable. She also made a food recommendation to me recently that I totally enjoyed and that now is a favorite of mine every time I come into the store :) The only thing that would make this location perfect is if the assistant managers lowered the volume when they are barking out to the staff on the floor. If Im sitting there with my gf enjoying my coffee and listening to the music, the last thing I want to hear is who is going to break down the bar, who is going to clean the bathroom, and who is going to sweep the floor. Those things can all be relayed to staff discretely so the experience is pleasant for everyone. Overall, great place though! Love you Starbucks!

On 3/04/17 I have been coming here for years and today was a great disappointment. Hubby and I ordered an americano, his was hot mine was lukewarm. The one remade was exactly the same. I told her I wanted a refund. She made no comment and ignored what I told her. When I went to the register the customer the cashier was helping said she had not made a decision and to help others. The cashier instead went to look for an item the customer might have wanted. WHAT happened to customer courtesy at Starbucks! !! AND I never received an apology.

The Staff is Superb! They will always greet you with a friendly smile. Its obvious that they take pride in their work and enjoy themselves. The reason why Im giving them 5 Stars is due to their Professionalism. An example of this trait is when I send through the Mobile app a ridiculously complicated order (redeeming my Starbucks Rewards). Upon my arrival, they will ask me if I would mind if its separated into several cups. There is nary a complaint of the extra 10 Shots.

Dont put someone on the registrar if they dont know know to use it. I watched 3 people get the wrong drink, asked for my receipt when I got my drink I walked out was already halfway down the road when I took a sip and realize that they gave me coffee when I had asked for a chai tea latte.... the receipts match up with the time stamp on the sticker so I know its there on the kiosk end... this is the second time at this location

This particular Starbucks is a hit or miss as far as fast service inside or through the drive thru. Theres constantly new staff, so dont get used to 1 particular barista. I only go if im on my way to work and I have more than 15 minutes to spare because its taken me 18 minutes in the drive thru recently and only 2 ppl in front of me at the time I ordered. Which in turn, made me late for work.

Okay I havent been here often enough to experience the really annoying parts other people are talking about, but the square footage at this place is small. The views are dreadful. It sits in a haphazardly designed, sparse tenant strip mall off the freeway next to a gasoline station and largely undeveloped lot. Watch out where you park your car, lest a big rig drive by it and smash it

Out of all of the times that I have been to a Starbucks I have never waited over 25 minutes in drive through. Then when I was asking about their new sunrise menu; if the strawberry delight was a drink and I was told yes. Then when I got it; it was not even a drink. Wonderful staff extremely nice. I used the drive thru at 8:50 this morning i cant remember his name but he was an older gentlemen and he absolutely made my day he was so nice and we had a nice conversation as i waited for my drinks. I stop there quite a few times because it on the way to work but this time made me especially want to go back!

A little out of the way location. Usually starbucks are right next to a busy street but this one was kind of tucked away. Its not a complaint but rather something I liked. It was terribly busy and served me promptly. The restroom was a bit on unclean side. Overall a decent place for a SB coffee and a couch to sit on.

This is the only starbucks Ive ever been to that Ive had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people ahead of me, almost every single time Ive come here. And when its just me in the drive thru, it still takes them 10 minutes for one tall latte..

I ordered 4 drinks an they got them all wrong so i went in an they said they didnt see the order placed an got mad while remaking them an still forgot the whip cream i hate this starbucks an will never go back. ALL of them are rude!!

Typical Starbucks with sliding doors (never saw a Starbucks with sliding door) it is right behind the gas station might not see if you are not local. Great place to hangout and really friendly staff.

I always seem to luck out on the drive-thru wait times. Tonight I was in and out and back on the freeway within 5 minutes. The flat whites are always good here.

This place is usually very busy, rare is the in and out coffee run, but they have never messed up an order
