Get a new Manager please ! Today is February 16th and we thought why not try the Starbucks next to my home again, forsure by now they have fixed their ordering issues. NOT!!!!!! Even the workers are upset about running out of the product. What is the problwm ? AGAIN!!!! Here is my prior post i guess management doesnt read. On Jan 28, against my better judgment i went to the closest Starbuck by my house. I cant believe this happened again!! . Why cant they order to fullfill demand. Seriously. This Starbucks is always out of menu items. Bummer is you have to wait in line to find out, then you are stuck. Four times i have gone for a refresher, for example, and they are out. If this happens to me radome times, how many more people does it happening to? I just wonder why they dont increase their supply. Seems like an inventory issue that is east to solve.

This is my favorite Starbucks location out of all the locations I have ever visited (and I have been to many). I always get my coffee or tea with a friendly smile, and a warming conversation. The service is amazing, and the crew is too. I go out of my way just to visit this Starbucks when I can. Needless to say, its like my second home, and my second family now. Im slowly becoming one of the regulars at this store, frequenting in either the afternoon (before class) or the late evening (before work). I very much enjoy the atompsphere, and doing my college homework there is very pleasant. Kudos, Starbucks crew @ 6th St. & Hammner in Norco. ;]

Pulled off the freeway. We had nothing but time to get a coffee. Heck we had a half hour to be to my Daughters softball game. The field is less than 5 miles from the store. We chose the drive through. Now I dont know how long it took one who walked into the store but I do know how long we sat. We were fourth in line. No, I did not see anyone order a partys worth of drinks. Single drinks or coffee for two. Guess how long. Just shy of 20 minutes...for what??? Boy I dont like the whole pay $6.00 for a dollars worth of liquid. I really dont like waiting a long time for the honor of spending stupid money.

When I pull up to the drive-up window, I just want to order my selection and continue to the pick-up window. I do not care that they are "Starbucks located at 6th & Hamner", I do not care what the persons name is that answered the speaker. I do not want to try their special whatever it is of the month. I dont want a chocolate chip cookie and I dont want a bottle of water for the road! I just want what I came there to order without the blah blah blah. Its annoying, very, very annoying. Just say "Hi, welcome to Starbucks, what can I get for you today?" PLEASE!!!

The entire staff are very positive and ate always in good spirits. This stop was a drive-thru order and it doesnt matter whether there are 3 cars or 8. The staff works very quickly, and the wait time is minimal. Right off the 15 fwy. going north bound. The variety for a quick breakfast is really nice. The menu they have for lunch is pretty awesome as well. And if any body out there has a little sweet tooth, they have a wide variety of treats for you to make a choose from.

Slow staff, bad coffee had my order screwed up at least 7-10 times in a month, I have to repeat my order sometimes more than 3 times to some staff, I have pretty much stopped going here and drive down to the hidden valley location, which has much better service, better coffee and a wayyyyyy quicker staff, dont stop here for coffee in the morning unless you have an extra 30-40 minutes to spare.

Operation seemed normal until the staff started playing Disney movie sound tracks on the radio. They played them at high volume levels and were laughing as they were singing the songs together. Probably just a complaint but it seemed like an unprofessional staff due to the distracting nature of the loud music, the staff singing along with the music, and the giggling.

I dont always drink coffee but when i do i get it here. Great coffee and friendly staff that really seem to enjoy their job. Stay thirsty my friends. The one complaint I have is that the new manager is now refusing to save the used coffee grounds... bad call. lost one star.

man youre a grumpy dude last reviewer.. get over it, to some people the extra options are helpful(i.e. "actually I really do want some water.." I have been to this location several times and the service has always been superb. dont listen to grumpy face.

Slow in store service. Seems like the staff concentrates more on the drive through. Not really a goood personal experience. Seems more like their into each other than customers at their counter. And I was the only one in line as well.p

Im Always Greeted With A Friendly Smile! Like all Starbucks, they are very busy, but dont let that hold you back from visiting, as they are fast and efficient, in service to their customers.

Love the cold brew but they are almost always out. The line is always very long and slow. When they have no cold brew and I get the iced coffee it is almost undrinkable. So burnt and acidic

The workers are rude, and missed up my husbands and my drink 4 times. Really 4 times which it still wasnt right. I was over the workers being rude to us about THEM missing the drinks up.
