So upset with this Restaurant. The food was decent, but over priced. Waitress was extremely pushy. There were 4 of us in our party. We mentioned that we wanted some humus and lamb chops. The waitress pushed an appetizer platter on us, without giving us an opportunity to even open our menus. When the food arrived, it was enough for at least 10 people! We learned when we received our bill that the price was $90.00. Like i said, she was so pushy, we werent even given an opportunity to open our menus. After eating what we could, we were all so full we didnt want lamb chops any longer. She brought them out for my husband and I even though we told her we were going to split a plate when she asked if we were ready for them to cook the lamb chops. The next day our friend texts us the itemized bill, which we had to ask for. He noted that they added a gratuity automatically on the bill, even though we were only a party of four. In addition, they also charged us for garlic spread, $4.50, even though it was brought out at the same time as the appetizer plates, undoubtedly so we would think that it was part of the appetizers. We added a tip because we didnt realize that they had already added the gratuity to the bill. We went back the next day to get our voluntarily added tip. It was simply insult to injury that we could not tolerate after the underhanded issue with the appetizers for 10. I dont think this place will last much longer with this type of service and the high prices. We certainly will never go back. . .

OKAY WELL FIRST LET ME START OFF BY SAYING I RARELY WRITE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT ANYBODY. SO THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN............................................... I came here with my wife and as first i was very excited to go since its in the Claremont village and it has a nice name and the place looks cool. However once i saw the prices i was a little shock since the average price on the menu is between $18 - $32....WOW However no big deal i have spent more on restaurant and at this point i am very excited for the food since i am paying so much. NOW MOMENT OF TRUTH.................... The food came it was super lower quality and was not fresh at all and the pita bread was cold as well. Easily the worst restaurant i have ever been to. I wish i would of gone to McDonalds.

Without a doubt, the Casablanca exceeded my expectations and then some. Owners are extremely friendly, and I actually saw one of the owners help a drunk lady leaving the hip kitty nextdoor by offering her a place to sit and made sure she called for a ride home. The outdoor patio is great and the hookah is even better. Make sure to order the cheese pies and hummus since it was the best I ever had, even when I was stationed in the middle east. Also, one of the first middle eastern resturants I have ever been to where the staff and owners dont treat you like a American outsider. Overall, a great place with a great atmosphere and looking forward to trying the Aladdin Jr. in Pomona. I hear it is owned by the same brothers.

Worst Service and a total crook. I went there with 3 of my colleagues from work and I personally recommended the place cause my date night here a few weeks earlier went well. Our waiter was rude throughout and in the end he got one bill for a table of 4. We asked for separate checks and he wouldnt do that as we didnt tell him earlier. But he never freaking asked us. I dont mind splitting the bill but we all had different dishes and some of us had drinks while others didnt. Over that they charged us 20% gratuity for a group of 4 calling it a Claremont Rule. It turned out to be a very uncomfortable feeling. It was not the money, but the attitude of the waiter sucked. Disgusting customer service. 0 stars

Based on multiple experiences, I wish I could rank Casablanca higher. Make it 3.5 Stars. The problem is the food. The lamb shank is tender and does not possess a strong flavor. And this is the case with all the dishes we have tried. They are fine, just not as flavorful as I have experienced at other Lebanese/Turkish/Mediterranean restaurants. Prices are fair. Service has been good - attentive, but not intrusive - almost European in character which is a nice change from most over the top service at American restaurants. The patio is nice for an evening event. Nice people.

Food was good, nothing special. Waiter was awkward and unusual but we still gave him a good tip. The thing that blows me away is their prices. The ambiance, service and wasnt particularly memorable but it was 65 for 2 plates, 2 drinks and an appy. My reason for coming here was thinking about Mediterranean being healthy but the veggies that came on my plate didnt look like it was made to order, like it was waiting to be heated and served. If they improved the food and price, I would come back

This was a great restaurant! Staff was very friendly, and service was quick. We went for dinner around 5:30 on a Tuesday night and they werent too busy. The food was amazing. We tried several things and had plenty left over. You have to get the garlic sauce! Their menu was a little expensive, but not too bad. I think the most expensive item was $25. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxed, dimly lit, romantic even. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant.

We came, got seated. After 20 minutes when there ready to finally take our order, were told we cant order hookahs until the kids leave.... WHAT????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This restaurant should be shut down. I hope they go out of business because they obviously dont cater to their customers. Thats the most retarded thing Ive ever heard in my life from a restaurant. Good luck to their failure. Wow what a waste of my time and my gas.

I was in the area from the east coast working at a printer nearby. I couldnt find anything other than a 20 minute parking spot. I ducked in to get some quick takeout, got the lamb kabob dinner. Ready in 20 minutes, absolutely gorgeous. Lamb, rice, steamed veggies, hummus and sour cream with a pile of pita bread. Excellent, fast and friendly service! Im happy.

Wow...! Amazing food. Prepared and cooked to perfection. First time visit on (6/28/17) and I cant wait for our return. The Beef Shish Kabab, Chicken Kabab and Lamb Chops is what we had and they were amazing. Cant wait to try some of their other dishes. Super friendly service by the host and waitress.

The service was deplorable! Waited over an hour for a menu no order was taken and they were not that busy Saturday evening. Our party went next door to the Whisper. The food and service were excellent! These guys need to get their act together. I will never attemp to dine there again!

I have been coming here to eat for the past 6 years. It is by far the best Lebanese food I have ever tasted, the food has excellent culinary flavor and appearance. Every dish on the menu is amazing, its a must try and a place you can always get great service and succulent food.
