If you want good tacos, there are many wonderful taco trucks and taquerias sprinkled about Sonoma County, of which this place does not even belong in the same category.. Do your taste buds and, above all, your body a favor and visit one of them instead (my favorite is Delicias Elenita Taco Truck and their restaurant La Fondita on Sebastopol Rd). Most trucks are barely any more expensive, and the minimal extra cost is well worth it. I used to eat fast food up until I turned 18 or so (2005ish). I know it seems good. Look up the nutrition facts and spend a year or two away from it. I promise you probably wont even miss it one bit. (No offense to any Taco Bell employees.✌️)

Asking for your senior discount sends the staff into a major frenzy! Asking for a manager to assist gets you a woman who would love to spit nails at your face , because she was busy trying to keep her people filling orders. Which wasnt going well, as the average wait time was 45 minutes! Hey isnt this a fast food venue? People in the drive thru were coming inside thinking it would be faster, NOT! Plus if you didnt check your order before you left heaven help you as you either got someone elses order or were missing what you ordered! Apparently Taco Bell does not monitor their franchises, nor care how the staff treats the customer.

This Taco Bell Sucks HUGE and you must always check your order because 99.9% of the time your order will be wrong. You will be missing food. Ive come to believe that the employees must be stealing food because no one can be this bad at messing up food orders. This is the WORST Taco Bell in Santa Rosa -- avoid it and go to the Jack in the Box next door where they get your orders right and are happy to serve you. Contacting corporate Taco Bell doesnt help. You never see a refund and nothing changes at this restaurant -- if you can call it that.

Just ordered online for the first time via TB App. Wait time was about 5 min for my food. Next time Ill try it with the drive through. Nice for avoiding the line inside.
