If I could I would give this In-N-Out another 5 stars just for amazing customer service. I am from Chicago, but travel to California often. I stopped in to this restaurant traveling back to San Francisco. All the employees have a smile on their face and look like they enjoy working there. One employee stood out the most and I believe his name was Michael. This gentleman looks like a hard working individual. He was cleaning tables and sweeping the floor, but also greeting customers with a genuine smile on his face. He was delivering food to peoples tables and just being very helpful. I have never seen anyone like that at a fast food restaurant and it just made me smile and made the food taste so much better. Next time I am back in that area I will go back to this restaurant because I enjoyed it so much.

If you dont know what In-N-Out Burger is, a trip to one of their stores should be the next thing you do. Just stop what youre doing and go get a Double Double, because whatever other Hamburgers you have been eating (with a few exceptions) were full-stop worse that what you can get here. This store is just as nice as any other In-N-Out. The nice thing about this one is that it is still open just as late as the other ones and it is usually a lot less busy than the Santa Rosa store. I worked down the street for a while and I could usually count on getting in and out of this particular store quite a bit quicker than I would expect to in Santa Rosa.

Ordered a large Drink, gave me a dirty cup with brown stuff on the lip. Asked for it to go, gave it to me on a tray. Asked for some ketchup, directed me to the disposable sauce cup pump.. IM TAKING IT TOGO... Went back to the counter to ask for packet ketchup, with my hands out and open, guy places it on the counter.. I HATE THIS PLACE. Might as well place a sign on your front door for NO COLORED PEOPLE. I wont be back if that makes you happy. Yes, this was all in one visit. My first time too. How welcoming..

In n out burger has a simple menu. Burger. Cheeseburger. Fries. Milkshakes. Coffee. Soda. There is allegedly a secret menu that you can access online and they will prepare whatever is on the secret menu if you ask. I was turned off of the place when the news reported that they secretly printed bible verses on the bottom of their paper cups. That seemed slimy and I stayed away. But they make good food and my kid will eat it so I believe them when they said they stopped impoding religion on customers.

Good service, friendly staff. The food was prepared well and both halves of my cut in two burger were warlord nicely and of equally delicious composition and size. Like most high traffic fast food joints, many tables were dirty from the last guest to use the table. Its unavoidable. Try putting the spicy peppers in the ketchup. If thats not why theyre there, then its an obscure condiment indeed.

Weird experience tonight at in and out. I didnt get salt, fries werent extra crispy, and sat in line for 15 min at drive thru with 3 cars in front. The food was good cause it is in and out but it wasnt the best I had had there. Not to mention the off and on ramp and overpass were a mess and not even getting worked on. The people at were very friendly and were trying!

great location right off of 101. Lunchtime does tend to be crowded and the parking lot fills up quick. The drive-thru does have an outside attendant to take orders which speeds things up. Always a friendly and young waitstaff that will accommodate to your custom orders from the "secret menu". double double animal style all day long.

This was a welcome family (+dog) break from rush hour traffic. The food was good as always, and I found the bathroom reasonably clean. The outside tables could have been cleaner, and the parking was a little tight, but we got by. This is our usual stop when passing through Petaluma.

The burgers are as good as a fast food restaurants can possibly be. The service is always fast, accurate, and professional. The atmosphere is always bustling and the interior designs are supposed to mimic an old burger hop. The value is surprisingly competitive to major chains.

Im gonna have to give this place 5 stars. As everyone knows, In-N-Out can be VERY packed... Their drive thru is the craziest! I was impressed of how fast i got my food on July 4th when the restaurant was packed tight! Good job In-N-Out on Lakeville! You guys rock

An employee named Michael really made you feel like you were eating at a restaurant he would clean your table and the the floor in where you were eating. Not only that he got your order for you and threw away your tray for you and he even got you ketchup.

Honestly all the in n out places Ive been to have been great and consistent. This is no different. They have great food, it gets really crowded, the food will make you fat, lots of teenagers. Same great experience at pretty much all in n out restaurants.

When my out of town friends visit the first thing they want is an In and Out Burger. Thats all they serve, so dont hope for chicken or vegan. Fries are good, but eat them at the restaurant. They are cold by the time you get them home. Great burgers!!!

Meh...i stopped in trying to remember why people like this place so much and still dont understand why. The burgers are greasy, fries underdone, the shakes arent made from ice cream any more and the 1000 Island sauce is just like McDonalds.

Love the protein style burgers. Always have. Grilled onions, cheese fries. In-n-Out may offer "only" fries and burgers, but they sure do do a lot with a little and do it well. Id give it 5 stars if the fries and shakes were better.

Best burgers in the world. I would do a commercial for free or at least for cheap. Great service. Orders made on the spot. Friendly staff. Only bad thing is that they only hire Christians. No Muslims, no jews, Irish ok. Messed up.

In-N-Out out Burgers are a bit above McDonalds. In the Drive-Thru line, they sometimes have a live person to take orders and speed things up. The restaurant is clean and exactly what you would expect.

Good burgers prepared quickly. Low carb options available too. My favorites are double-double protein-style, and the Flying Dutchman (two parties with cheese and nothing else, not even lettuce wrap).
