When this place first opened up in Northridge I didnt know what to believe. I heard all the drama and political problems regarding the support for anti-gay marriage or whatever else stuff they supported and how some of my friends refused to eat here because of it. I came to the conclusion that this place just serves chicken and I cannot get political about delicious chicken food. Really...its just chicken man! Anyways, this place might seem like a typical fast food joint from the outside or even the inside, but the friendliness and service provided by the staff makes this place jump out ahead of the pack. Everyone is friendly, give you refills whilst you sit, take your empty food trays away, walk around and ask how the meal was or if we want more sauce, etc. Very thoughtful and kind. The food is pretty good as well. Ive only tried the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Nuggets thus far, but both have been spot on and delicious. The place has a variety of chicken entrees to choose from but I feel Ill just stick with the spicy sandwich because it was damn good. My favorite thing about the place is that they have Coca-Cola Zero on tap and their sauce selection. They have about 6 different sauces to choose from and they make the sandwich standout because every bite is completely different. By far my favorite sauce is the standard Chick-fil-A sauce. Great place, great vibe, great food, great people. Remember next time you stop in...its just chicken man!

Chick Fil A service and food quality has been degrading over the years. The food does not taste like it use to 5 years ago. They are getting cheaper with their ingredients just like all take out food since the 2008 crash. I went to this location several times. Last time they asked me to wait on the other side of the building after ordering drive thru. I ordered combo 3. I waited 20 mins until they came out with my food while everyone else who came after me got theirs. It doesnt matter what they ordered, I saw families with bigger orders get theirs first. Yo management, make sure you pay attention to those you told to park on the other side of the drive thru. Dont let their meals sit there while you get so preoccupied with others who came after. Its all money money money nowadays and no customer care. This wasnt the only bad experience here, but its the last. Im not coming back here. Quality in all american sectors will continue to degrade,public and private. Wait and (oooohh saaay caaann you..) seeeee.

Everything was good about the place up until management just kept bothering about an issue that was pointless and most of all he was very rude I would never ever come to this this location again as far as management they didnt either get a new manager or this guy this guys gotta go so my review out of 1 out of 10 I give this place and -6 YouTube management disturbing my lunch and couldnt wait till I was actually through I get a poor rating all them except for the cashier she was cool and mainly he was asking me to move a walker out of the walkway stating that it was blocking traffic flow for customers to walk on the sidewalk of the building it actually had more than four feet of clearance so technically its not blocking or obstructing pedestrians walking into and out of the store he was just being a real jerk and he also made a offensive comments towards military veterans which I am he stated veterans are as good of people as rapists and murderers

Service was top top of the Notch! Chick-fil-A gets an A plus plus plus everyone that was working there was extremely friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with the menu and food quality. Not a big selection and the food is extremely salty. A friend of mine invited me to eat and picked Chick-fil-A. I really wanted to eat Pho because it comes with veggies. The food at chick-fil-a was dry and super salty no variety just chicken breaded sandwiches with a couple of different buns and breads. Dry breaded chicken nuggets. The only food with moisture was the chicken soup which was the equivalent to opening a can of pasta noodle soup Progresso canned soup. They had two sizes very small and big which was not that big. Not worth ordering at all. Not a healthy choice to eat at Chick-fil-A. I would not go back or recommend this restaurant for the food. The place was packed. If your feeling down and want to change that mood go eat at Chick-fil-A. :)

Chick-fil-A is great and the food service and staff met all expectations. The food is no different than any other restaurant in the chain with delicious chicken sandwiches and house made lemonade. I always ask for extra pickles for the sandwich and ketchup and barbecue sauce for the fries. I rated this Chick-fil-A lower because of factors not related to the food or service itself but because it is so well loved that parking is very difficult as well as finding a table if you dine in. In the LA area we have had a similar situation with In-n-Out for years but their locations have been around for decades allowing them to perfect separating the drive thru line from the dine in parking which this location hasnt found the right solution for yet. I rated this location lower only because of this circumstance.

I want everyone to be aware what Chik Fil A Northridge is serving there customers. This was the first and LAST time I will order from here. I ordered a chicken sandwich and bite into a 4 inch piece of fried plastic that was embedded in my chicken. God knows what toxins were in it as well as I couldve choked. This is pretty disgraceful. The corporate gentlemen that were present offered sympathy and a free meal. WOW! Im contacting L.A. Health Department, as well as the Food & Drug Administration. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

One of my favorite fast food joints. This location is good and the staff here is very nice. My main items are the Spicy Chicken Deluxe and the Spicy Chicken Biscuit if I am getting breakfast. I also like to step up that Biscuit with some extra deliciousness by adding some honey butter to it (you will have to ask them to put it on when you order). And if youve never tried it before be sure to ask for the Chick-fil-a sauce to dip the fries/hash browns in.

Can you say the best fast food restaurant!! I love that the food is fresh, tastes amazing and REAL, they are open late, employees are super nice!!! The list keeps on going they offer you so many of the wonderful sauces, kid friendly overall always have a wonderful experience! My favorite is the Southwest Chicken Salad. If you havent tried it yet you have too!! Wish we had more locations in the valley!

I went thru the drive thru ordered 5 meals. They forgot one drink so I had to go back inside they had me waiting there for my soda. But to our surprise when I got to the hotel we were missing my daughters sandwich and half our sauces. I would expect this from someplace else but not chick fil a . What a big dissapoinment. Too bad we cant go back we are from out of state and theyre closed Sunday.

This Chick-fil-a gives you the expected All-Star treatment I grew up with in the Carolinas - quick service (even though they are always busy), clean tables to eat at, friendly workers. They say its a pleasure to serve you and you would be hard-pressed to prove that wrong. The food is Chick-fil-a - if youve had it, you know that it is great and if you havent, you need to.
