The food is always amazing, however, the one time we decide to do an online order because it was going to be a large catering order, it was a mess. Obviously, I have to take info consideration that its Easter Sunday and theyre busy BUT I had received a phone and email confirmation of my order, yet, when I arrived the full order wasnt ready AND they tried saying that tortillas werent included... Hmm... Yes, they were, I had to pull up the email invoice and show them that I had selected mixed tortillas, which is an option online btw... Im not going to stop coming to El Pollo Loco, but I will reconsider when choosing to place large orders

I completely stopped going to the location off the 5 freeway @ Lyons. EVERYTIME ( in the Drive Thru ) I order burritos, there is barely any chicken. The burritos are stuffed with mostly rice. I thought perhaps it was due to how busy this location was, running short on chicken. So the last time I went, I made it a point to look inside and the grill was full of chicken. When I got home -- still had the rice-filled burritos. I think they serve the walk-in crowds better, since they can go back to the counter and complain. Once I get home, theres no chance I am going back to complain at the counter. Pretty sure thats the game here.

this place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life i asked for a chrese enchilada plate with no sauce and first i got in return a cheese enchilada with sauce the second time i got a.chicken enchilda with no sauce so i returned the food and finally i got what i asked for but in a rude way!... i am appauled

I was greated right away.... Great service and fast too.... I loved it.... Great and healthy food.... If your looking for.something fast tasty and healthy go to this pollo loco..... I was amazed that a fast fokd would have this wonderful service.....i am coming at least four time s a week....

First off: free WiFi. While big chains like this have very standardized food and decor the management/ownership of this El Pollo Loco is doing something right. The customer service is top-notch - definitely more than Im entitled to while buying a filling and nutritious meal for $5

Ordered lunch for a work meeting. As usual the order was incomplete. The management was less than helpful. This tends to be the issue every time I ordered from Pollo Loco; either its wrong or incomplete. I stopped going to Pollo Loco.

Very disappointed in this order. All 24 pieces were over cooked and very dry. Also, my order was not ready when I arrived at my requested time. It had not been filled even though I had ordered it online the night before.

Very good service! Very friendly. The guy who took our order came around to the tables and offered to refill our drinks, throw away our trash, and offered us mint candy and toothpicks. Thank you guys for your service!

i stopped coming to this location for about 2 months now. eveyrtime i come here is an issue with my order. I either get rung up the wrong amount, or they give me the wrong order, or my food has a big bone in it.

Its a good thing their chicken is awesome, because its a horribly run company. They are disorganized and regularly run out chicken during peak hours... you know like at dinner time and lunch time.

Great tasting chicken. Otherwise the dining room was dirty, both floor and tables. And there was no ice tea available at the dinner time. They need a full time person to clean.
