Ive been to this location several times and the chicken is always dry and the pieces seem to be smaller than at other locations...it looks like this location uses a less quality of chicken and smaller in size. Maybe this is a franchise and maybe this location gets away with it... Not coming back to this location... Please comment if you have had similar experiences. Thanks

When it comes to El Pollo, this ones pretty average. Its food is good, but nothing fantastic. The staff can be nice, but more often than not they really just dont care, they just give you your food and send you on your way, bright side is they basically never get your orders wrong. They could use some work on the cleanliness though.

Always out of tortilla soup! Chicken a bit dry on occasion and I always have to remind them for the condiments that are supposed to come with certain items. Still one of my fav take out locations even though I clean the salsa bar every time I am there, maybe I should go work part time just to keep tidy and smile at people!

I was second in line. 5 in back of me. I was served my food after the 5 behind me. Only to have my food be only warm and not hot. This is the 3rd time, Ive been served my food after others. I would understand if the orders were small. But thats not been the case.

Customer service is awesome the food is fresh and hot nothing ever is cold if the air conditioning is really nice and cool inside and the people are very friendly and they have really good food there to eat very impressed and I would recommend this place to anybody

If you speak English only some of the staff can help you. There is several unsweetened tea options but no selection of sweeteners. The food took forever and was luke warm. Things were untidy and needed cleaning.

Food was good, service was also good. I do think a couple there got confused on what bathroom was for both guys and girls and a dude came out of the girls only bathroom. Needless to say I didnt use it.

A great pit stop to-from the lake and before/after driving through the Grapevine. Just enough seating with air conditioning. Good food, as expected from an El Pollo Loco. No zombies here.
