eally one of the valleys best kept secrets when it comes to drinks and food! Went here for Cinco de Mayo with some friends and wasnt disappointed for a min. The bar itself is small but what it lacks and size it makes up in delicious food. Outside they have a taco bar/ stand where they cook up tacos fresh and fast. I ordered 3 shrimp tacos and was amazed. One of the best street tacos I ever had. The shrimp were fried but easily broke free of its fried shell in the taco. It was topped with a spicy sauce and for it being a "mild" taco it sure did pack a punch leaving a tingle upon my lips. So beware of the spicy unless you can truly handle it. Its also topped with tasty cojita cheese....yummmmmm! They are a bit on the pricey side coming in at $4 a taco but they have deals on Tue. They also have lobster tacos, steak, chicken and fish. Everything your little heart desires. On the inside the bar contains some really spectacular drinks. I had a cucumber margarita on the rocks and also a strawberry shortcake. Both were equally tasty. The cucumber margarita has a punch as the rim contained Tajin seasoning. Soooo yummy. And the strawberry shortcake was pure dessert, very hard to believe it was an alcoholic beverage. Both drinks were about $8 which isnt that bad for the quality craftsmen ship. Great place to pregame or post game. Great for taco Tuesdays and just a chill night with friends. They offer both live music and a DJ so either way you can boogie woogie in your own space. Def a top dive bar!

I actually fell for the hype and visited @norwoodbar today based off of @leyzaolao @chiquisoficial @geraldgamble @hairbyvanessasanchez reviews. Was sad to realize it isnt all that its portrayed to be. When we pulled into the place I thought we had taken a wrong turn, my first impression was immediately dive bar/hole in the wall. Took a chance and decided to give it a try, hence I had driven all the way from San Diego County to check this place out. For starters their chef called in sick today, or so I was told... was super disappointed!! My husband and I had not had anything to eat since we had planned to eat at this overly advertised place. We got over that after we had the pleasure of carrying on a conversation with Rodrigo, their bartender and best asset at this place in my opinion. He was super sweet and kind and apologized for not being able to serve us any food as I had mentioned to him that the only reason we were in town was to check the place out. He was very apologetic and offered their 2nd restaurant at @lolasbajatacos. We decided to opt out since he said they were in the process of acquiring their alcohol license. We had a few drinks as we sat next to a regular who was obviously hung over and had not showered, she smelled like booty. Rodrigo suggested we drive down the street and visit the mall where we could grab a bite and drink. We did. Very disappointed.

Place is cool. Old school 70s vibe. Me and my boy went Wednesday night and they had a cool and fun blues band. 35-65 crowd. :-) The drummer was "Stix...whos always in the mix!" haha Cool and very very nice cat. They had different musicians jamming so if you play, bring your axe and they "might" let you sit in on a jam or two. The Bartender (really pretty... and sexy Mexican girl with an arabic name I cant remember) was nice and attentive. The Cadillac Margs needed a lil work but shes sexy so f it! hahaha I wont order the Margs BUT ill order something else, hahaha. She kept our vibe flowing with everything else though. Nice & fun times. Ill go back. We didnt eat, just drank but the vibe was cool that night and again, great service and fun music vibe. m/

This place used to be a great place to hang out , but now its a hub for gang members. One of them owners is very aggressive and loves to fight people who are smaller than him and doesnt think twice on attacking anyone who he feels is a problem. Im surprised he hasnt been sued or shut down. Im not sure what his name is but he is tall Hispanic somewhat overweight dark complection. He dresses like a thug and has no sense of professionalism as a business owner. Other than that the beer is cold and has a great selection of drinks and the d.j is good but hardly any woman and a hole lot of gangsters.

The interior looks alot nicer than what I thought it would. Good selection of beer and liquor. Leather booth seats, and even with a DJ, I didnt feel as though I had to yell to be heard by my friend. Great staff, too.
