Not worth the $19 dollars. Was just there, Sunday Nov. 13. Went in to get a Starbucks cup for my wife who had broken hers recently. The cashier could not operate the credit card machine and bent up my credit card trying to make it work. Another lady "arrogant and bossy" yelled out that EBT cards are not allowed to buy food. The cashier yelled out Its a VISA card! People around me were chuckling and waiting on this obnoxious show where I was assumed to be on "food stamps and treated like a low life dead-beat customer. Everyone--staff and customers--seemed impatient and unhappy to be waiting on me as if it was all my fault. Finally I told the cashier Id use a different credit card and I told her to clear the machine. Then I put the new card in the chip reader and it worked. Finally I got to spend my $19 and move on....at the drink pick-up counter everyone was arguing about whether the "Americana and sausage muffin was mine or not" I said that the sausage muffin was mine and took it. The arrogant and bossy girl kept arguing with the barista because the barista could not read her writing on the cups. She would say: "Can you read that?" and hold it up to the baristas face in a defiant intrusive manner. I cannot use the explitives that would best describe the demeanor and tone of this rancid coffee shop. It was embarrassing for me to buy anything there because the staff seemed to act as if my purchase was my sole responsibility. I had a horrible experience and I had to pay for it. This is a BAD TRANSACTION. It is sad because I have long enjoyed Starbucks and felt it was a good company but this location is now off limits to me and in general I will be avoiding the company for some time. Glad Im selling my SBUX stock soon. So sad.

I hate to give this a two star but today was horrible. At first it was fine. Only one girl working and there was a line. So I was patient. 10 minutes go by and I still havent been help but I am still okay. She finally gets some help. I finally get up to order and she informed me she has go get an ingredient that they ran out of, still fine I sit down, 20 minutes later she finally returns, has not one ounce of rush in her, and she stands there for 5 MORE minutes talking to someone. The other girl who was there when I got there was rushing to get my drink out and is very apologetic. I was at that Starbucks for a good 35 minutes for one drink. Usually very fast and friendly, but today not so much. Like I said I was very patient up to a certain point.

I love the coffee I dont see how you dont like it but I live in Edgwood were a lot of things are cheeper than regular but the coffee and drinks are really good and I love it if you ever go or are in Edgwood were you are able to enjoy with out annoy

I stop every morning for breakfast. It can get pretty busy but they are so fast its not a problem. Service is friendly and you order is alway correct. They even get to know you by your orders with a few employees. Great coffee, mochas and oatmeal.

Husband went there this afternoon to get me and the granddaughter a drink .It was after 3 and we were charged full price . Doesnt make me very Happy about happy hour .
