We usually have good luck with this stand, as we go there pretty often. Last night at around 5:20PM we went to get a 12oz Americano and a 12oz Mocha. The girls inside seemed very disinterested and appeared to be more busy flirting with other "customers". As we got our drinks and left, we noticed that both were poorly made. The Americano was luke-warm at best (probably used cold tap water) and the mocha was the same temp (but also had not been stirred). We took the drinks back and asked to have them remade, which the girl did promptly and made them better. As we were waiting for the drinks to be remade, we noticed more guys coming through to flirt with them without ordering anything and then followed by driving around the other side and whistling at them. Its one thing to not know how to make the espresso correctly, but please dont turn your workplace into a high school hangout to get hit on. A lot of people in Puyallup go by this stand on their way home and we dont want our time wasted while the girls have their friends swing by constantly to flirt (and not even order drinks).

Ive gone to this coffee stand many of times and had good service until last night. The girl who served us seemed like she hated her job and was more interested in the other (male) customers coming through. We ordered simple drinks, 12oz americano and 12oz mocha. They were both awful!!!! Luke warm and not stirred up. I except that if we are paying $6 for coffee it should be made properly and without a crap attitude. After which I decided to come back through the line after there were no cars or people waiting. As I did, she made eye contact with me and then proceeded to turn her back to me without saying a word so she can then flirt with the man who came through on the other side who just came by to say "hi" and whisle as he drove away. She remade my drinks and didnt say sorry for messing them up the first time. Her attitude was rude and very unfriendly. Ill never go back to this big foot. Next time I want crap service and crap coffee Ill go to a bikini barista .

The girl i got my drink from wasnt listening to what i ordered. I asked for a 24 oz cheesecake/blue berry italian soda (without whip). She handed me my drink with just cheesecake flavor and whip on it, i asked if there was blueberry in it and instead of making a new one she put a little bit of blue berry syrup in it. Which wasnt enough to make it have any blue berry flavor. I tipped her $2 anyway. Just wish i could get what i actually order one of these times i stop in here. Good luck to everyone else, hopefully its just me that always has a bad experience here

I had an interview last week with the manager and another employee i am a daily customer and I just stopped by bigfoot again about less than five minutes ago and every time I seem to come through anymore The manger & employees make it very awkward just like the manager was just there and I could tell she was definitely saying disrespectful things about me and I will never be returning back to Bigfoot in downtown Puyallup

They used to be really good but today was my last day going here. This was the very first time that Ive ever had an undrinkable dirty chai. It was completely awful. It looked and tasted like no milk or coffee was used at all. The time before I got a smoothie and it tasted completely of coffee, almost as if the blender wasnt washed. Definitely go elsewhere.

Love this location, they almost always get my order right and theyre pretty quick. I have gone to the south hill one and they are constantly forgetting to use white coffee, even when I say it multiple times. This location gets it right pretty much every time. 5 stars for these ladies.

Always a great experience and quality. Less wait than other local coffee shops and the coffee is better tasting. Employees are friendly and remember even the most confusing orders without issue. I would recommend this shop to anyone seeking a great cup-o-joe.

Bigfoot Mistreats their employees, the stand is poorly run and they are unwilling to work together as a team. Many of my regular customers now refuse to support bigfoot after several of the baristas were wrongfully terminated for no apparent reason

I love BigFoot. The baristas are always friendly and make the drinks pretty quickly. They offer a huge 44 ounce "Mega Foot" size for iced drinks. Its expensive, but Im a sucker for huge drinks.
