Being a child of an Italian (particularly Sicilian) restaurant owner and having grown up in the restaurant business, Im always wary of Italian restaurants. Totos Trattoria stood out in Morgan Hill primarily because of its authentic name. So, my boyfriend and I thought we should try it out and we are so happy we did. Upon arrival, you will find a cozy restaurant with a small outside seating area. First of all, Salvo, Marco and Amy (the young Palermitani who serve the patrons) are always extremely friendly, smiling and giving---true hosts! They remembered us after the first time we went and greeted us warmly; we have been there now at least 7 times and each time its like being amongst old friends. Secondly, the food is BUONISSIMO!!! The food is authentic, high quality and fresh. We have tried everything from the Rotolini Eggplant (antipasto), Linguine Carbonara, Risotto allo Scoglio (which is my boyfriends favorite), Linguine alle Vongole to the very authentic pizza. I highly recommend the Pizza Primavera (if you arent vegetarian). I read on a YELP review that someone didnt give them a 5 because they said they thought they were too pricey. Ladies and gentleman, wonderful tasting food uses fresh, quality ingredients; Totos Trattoria tastes just as wonderfully as it looks-if not better! If you want cheap prices go to the Olive Garden where the quality will resemble what you pay. With that being said, I assure you, that you will enjoy your dining experience at Totos. You will feel like you just flew to Palermo for a wonderful dinner, just without the airfare and hotel fees.

We recently discovered this little jewel of a restaurant on a whim. The food here is a joy to eat. Every dish we have tried is fresh, expertly prepared, and delightfully presented. The same could be said of the staff! Salvatorre and company are friendly and knowledgeable and one can tell that they truly enjoy feeding people and take pride in their restaurant. The octopus carpaccio with the warm fresh bread is sublime! For dessert, I would suggest a Mocha Grappa with your bread pudding ala mode, with their home made gelatto.

This place has consistently served great food, good wine and delicious hot bread fresh from the oven. The staff is casual and fun and make us feel special every time we go. The pasta is done to perfection, the marinara sauce is sweet, and if youre in the mood they can put the devil in it. The steaks are huge and they are happy to substitute pasta for the sides listed on the menu. The puttanesca is the best Ive ever had. A great family atmosphere, reasonably priced, and theres even a small bar.

This restaurant has come a long way. My husband and I love Totos. We tend to eat their 4 to 6 times a month. The food is authentic Italian and absolutely delicious. Love the staff members they are all very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu and specials. I would highly recommend Totos if you are looking for authentic Italian food.

Get a pizza! I love their tomato sauce - its very sweet. I think they use it on the polenta appetizer too. Plus while you wait for the food, you get to watch the guy doing all kinds of tricks while he spins the dough. (Dont worry, the one hes practicing with isnt actual dough). Its a casual, family owned place.

We were seated right away but it took awhile before our order was taken. Our drinks were served with 2 pieces of bread. I had to wait about 5 minutes before the server came around to ask for oil & vinegar, and some water. Finally the main course came. Nothing to write home about. I will never go back!

During NFL Super Bowl 50th, we could find only this restaurant. However food was good & wine was excellent with friendly & kindness services. I cant compare with other restaurant around this area, but, it is very suitable for at least Japanese.

Very friendly service. Cozy dining with background music and a laid back vibe. The Warriors were also on tv. Food was delicious and atmosphere excellent. Will definitely be going back to this Morgan hill treasure.

This is an excellent place to dine. It has bar if you want to come in and get a drink and a small dining area. The food and service is fantastic. It is rather expensive but worth it.
