Steak was on point. I had the porterhouse $40. Pastas are $10-14 and steaks are around $24 and up. Server was good, nothing spectacular. The ambiance of the place is the only reason I give it 4 stars. Its packed and the tables are close together. Maybe its a open style dining type thing, but I personally didnt care for the open floor plan, no privacy, and bright lights. Their bread was meh, the soup and salad were good. This is a place to go if you want a good steak and dont need the fluff or ambiance of a romantic night out. Im giving it 4 stars because of the dated and meh interior etc.

The waiting time is awful. It was also obvious that the people around us were getting better treatment and kept getting refills (drinks/bread) while my boyfriend and I just watched. Finally our steak salad came but it definitely wasnt worth the price we paid. When we first arrived, the waitress simply spoke in an annoyed monotone voice. When she left our table she greeted and smiled in a friendly way. Oh I forgot to mention we were the only hispanics there. I dont think Ill ever go back.

Ive had a mixed experience with this restaurant. It was the closest one to my parents house in Yuba City, and they went there often. The quality of the food is usually mixed for me. The restaurant has a history of different owners in the last decade, it feels like they can never find the right "spot" to hit. However, one of mine and my parents favorite waitresses ever works here, which is a definite plus.

Waste of $60.00! Building was cold, seats were cold. Hot tea; tea cup was cold, lukewarm water in tea pot. Calamari was rubbery and very chewy. Both steaks were over cooked. Mashed potatoes were cold. Seasonal vegetables had no seasoning and were cold. Baked potato had crusty skin. Soup of the day was not eatable. Other than that a good time was had by all. Won’t be back!

My party of 4 showed up at 6pm. We were asked to wait 15 minutes for a table. One hour later we were still waiting and they sat two parties that came in behind us and told us it would be 15 more minutes. We left and will NEVER go back. I dont care how good the food is, if you dont respect your customers you dont deserve them.

Just dropped by for dinner since we were in the neighborhood. Really good food and service. Steak was perfect. Everything home made. They made sure I could stay gluten free. Good value for the quality and quantity of food. What a local steakhouse should be.

It used to be awesome. One of our favorite places to go. But over the last few months, its gone way down hill. Over an hour wait for our food every single time we go, and by the time we get it, its cold. Very disappointing nowadays....

They setup a lady minute family reunion dinner in the middle on the week! Wait staff was wonderful and gave our family everything they needed and the space to visit. The cocktails, appetizers and entrees were fantastic!

Huge Steaks, tender calamari, great salad dressings. Worth the wait. Popular with locals. Veggies that come on the side are usually a waste, hard and not seasoned. But stay for the delicious berry pie!
