The food is fantastic just make sure if you get it to go that you drain the box first otherwise you get a lap full of juice. The cooks dont know how to strain the cabbage so it leaks out all over with the teriyaki. My phone was covered, my lap and my truck all covered in this brown liquid and I had a meeting with no time to change ugh Im so upset, tried to call and just got answering machine. Even though I like the food I cant order it to go and thats the only way I order it so you lost a costumer. This wasnt the first time but it definitely is the last

Staff not listening, then waited 25 minutes for order that never came out. There are better restaurants to go to than here in this plaza. With better customer service, faster food completion time, healthier, and makes sure the customers always leave Happy. Asked and got refunded. meanwhile they lied to me that the food was ready to see if I would stay and wait for it. I left empty handed, an unhappy customer.

Food was alright but the service was really slow. I came here on my lunch one day and i showed up ten minutes after they opened and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Not the best place to go if you dont have alot of time.

The food is good, but the spicy curry chicken is nothing like L&Ls spicy chicken plate. I thought the potatoes were a little strange but over all good. Would rather go to L&L even if its in Gilroy.

If you compare it to L&L youre an idiot. Thats like saying mcdonalds didnt taste like burger King. Ono is very good, their bbq chicken is on point. Great portions

This place is okay for a quick lunch. Nothing special, lots of chicken on the menu, most of it is dark meat. Next time I would order the chicken breast.
