Worst costumer service from manager and an employee. I ordered my food (two plates) and ordered an entree that was a 1 dollar extra. When I drove back home and got ready to eat with my girlfriend, our orders were all messed up. We didnt get what we ordered. I called and the male worker who answered sounded rude and told me to go back to the store so they could get me the right order. I asked if I could get anything for the inconvenience and he said they will give me a free entree. I drove back 5 miles from my house and when I got to the front cashier, the manager did not even ask if I was the customer who got the wrong order. She did not say sorry for the inconvenience, she just seemed annoyed by me and my girlfriend for showing up. She just said "give me your receipt" so I did and so she went on to packing our right orders. She didnt ask what entree we wanted, she just gave us an entree, assuming we wanted that one... What upseted me the most was that after she gave me the food, she didnt apologize or say thank you. Very bad customer service. This is the second time in a row that they mess up my order too. I love Panda Express, but this place does not meet customer satisfaction.

Can I give this No Stars. Had the Pacific Chili Shrimp with a side of vegetables. Tasted like the vegetables were in dirty dishwater. Had to throw the food away after spending extra to have shrimp. I had the same dish the week before at the Panda Express on Eucalyptus by the 60 Freeway and it was delicious and the vegetables were in a yummy broth. What a difference in the same dish at the two different location.

I dont understand the bad reviews for this place. The food is really good, and although Ive stopped by there only in the evenings, Ive always found the food to be fresh. This is mainly because the restaurant and the drive-thru is usually packed around this time. The food portions are small for the price, but the quality of the food is better than most chinese fastfood joints.

Food is not bad but I dislike that they serve u different portion depending on who is serving u. I dont want a plate full of food over flowing, but its pricey for what u get. When they scoop the food its not even a full scoop. Some girls have an attitude. Some r nice. It just depends who u get and that they r not in a hurry or having a bad day.

I have to say a little disappointed with this restaurant in particular. Flavor is just not there. I love panda express dont get me wrong. But other pandas have better flavor. It can be because they have a drive thru and are constantly pumping out food and miss adding the right flavor. Still decent but not great.

My wife and i usually like panda but this location has gone down or has been down. Madaline, the manager served us and we got such small portions. We go to panda expecting to pay reasonably for good food, but our potions were small and taste like last nights food. Sorry guys this location didnt do it for me

Messed up on my order several times. Not worth my time to drive all the way back here and correct their mistake so Ill just leave this review. Their drive through makes you feel like youre waiting in line to go to hell. This place needs help.

I generally love Panda Express, but my experience at different stores is sometimes different. The orange chicken at this location was cooked with lower quality chicken than Im used to. The Beijing beef was delicious, though.

Bought honey walnut shrimp bowl and the i was so sad when I seen the amount of shrimp they put on the bowl I was truly upset and super hungry ... Let down so now I get to eat a huge bowl of rice with no meat

place is delicious and service is fast. always ask to sample the shrimp bites, soooo good. sometimes servings can be a bit skimpy compared to other Chinese take out places.

Theyre cutting corners here. It just didnt taste good. When I told Margaret my chicken was under cook, she smiled and said thank you. She didnt even offer to replace it.

As far as Panda goes, this one is good! Clean restaurant and restrooms, everything is always pretty fresh, and the staff are fast and friendly.
