This was my first time at a Five Guys restaurant after hearing raves from friends. The service was good, and the restaurant and restroom were clean. I liked the variety of options for the burgers which is a step up from a place like In-N-Out, but caused the short line to slow as other patrons ahead of me waited until they reached the register to decide on their options (Grrr...). I ordered the Little Burger, Little Fries, and small fountain drink which was enough for me to eat, and was disappointed as the price was more than I expected to pay for Little everything (>$10). Other than the higher than expected price for fast food, I was disappointed by the burger. The stated policy is to cook the burger to well done. This was an understatement for my burger. Although not burnt, the burger was a bit overdone and mostly dry. I was glad I asked for ketchup and mustard. The fries were also a bit too oily, but I just used the bag in which they served the food and a napkin to shake the fries and soak up the oil. The cup in which the fries were served then seemed like wasted packaging. I give this restaurant three stars given their apparent culture of cleanliness and decent service which I hope continues. I would like to see lower pricing for their food given that it was not all that impressive, especially when it didnt measure up to the praise offered by friends.

Well today was a different experience than the last time I gave a review. We had a longer than usual wait, which the girl who gave us our food apologized for the wait, and I said, "No worries" because it wasnt really too long of a wait. But then when our food wasnt made correctly, I went back up and asked her to fix it, to which she replied, "Im sorry we cant take food back across the counter", so then I said," I need a new burger then", she didnt want to do that and argued with me repeatedly that she couldnt take it back to fix it but didnt want to make another. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE SERVICE IS THAT? I left my previous comment as it was below so you can see what I had said before. It will be a long time before I come back to 5 GUYS, as this experience ruined my dinner out with my wife, thanks a bunch. PREVIOUS COMMENT Great food, I just wish the price was a bit better, we split a bacon cheeseburger (2 patties), and a small order of french fries, and it was almost $13, a division that is with NO DRINK. I guess that is why we dont go there very often. Only 4 stars because of the price, everything else was PERFECT.

Great restaurant. I love how its so easy to customize exactly what you want on your burger. You dont have to ask the employees what comes on the them because its all listed right there on the simple menu board. Theyre cooked so nicely and taste delicious. The fries are so good too - not oily and not overly crispy, but just like fried potatoes should be. Free peanuts from the moment you walk in, and they have those Coke machines where you can get every Coke product imaginable, and even try them all (if you have that much time and determination). Specifically at this location, service was good. I went on a Saturday at lunch and it was almost completely empty. The staff were just talking, waiting for customers. Because of that, we got our food pretty quickly. My only complaint is the PRICE, but it makes sense that its more expensive than fast food burgers, because its better than those by far.

When this location first opened up many people compared them to In-N-Out Burger and they gained a good amount of people who wanted to try it out, however, now this place is rarely full. When I was here a big issue was the music was SO LOUD! I could barely hear my friend talking and we had an infant with us and were concerned as she was sleeping. I asked for them to turn the music down and they declined due to company policy and said it was pre-set to that level. I just took him at his word and sat outside... The food itself isnt that bad tasting, but it is definitely bad for your health. The burger was greasy and the amount of fries you receive is amazing, probably like 4-5 potatoes worth of fries! If you wanted to compare Five Guys to In-N-Out, In-N-Out definitely wins out. Five Guys is worth a shot, but it isnt going to be the place I go when I craving a burger.

My first time at a 5 Guys. Went in about 6pm on a Wednesday. Only a couple people in line in front of me but it still took about 8 minutes to get to the counter. The pace seemed slow but I wasnt in a rush so no biggie. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger, fries and a Coke. The burger was hot and very tasty, the condiments fresh, and the cheese was dripping down the side. The fries were kinda greasy but very hot and tasted good. Ill try it again.

My boyfriend and I were going to order large fries but the employee taking our order suggested to get medium becuase there alot of fries and he was right good thing he told us or else we wouldve been eating fries this whole week. I recommend this place.

Five Guys, Ill admit is a good meal. Its a bit more "classy" than In n Out but to be honest its completely overpriced. The shakes are $4.00 and you get a small sized kid cup. Last time I ordered a shake it was more like a chocolate milk than a shake. It was extremely disappointing. The fries are extremely greasy and a lot of times are cold. Im not sure if this is a poor location but I was not impressed at all.

Best burger in San Bernardino! Sorry In-N-Out, you are the best fast food burger, but Five Guys made to order is hot and juicy. My experience however is that these burgers dont travel well. Not that they are not good, but for the best experience, eat the burger in the restaurant! Fries are great, beat the common, frozen offerings in most if not all other burger joints.

Five Guys has consistently served up some of the best burgers Ive ever eaten. The patties are so juicy and flavorful and I love getting the half fries/half onion rings as my side. Its a pricey meal for a burger, but I feel like Im paying for quality ingredients and really great food, so Im A-OK. When Im craving a burger, Five Guys is my preference.

Burgers and fries, always good at this location. Service is good too, never had a bad experience there. One star off because 50% of the orders I place at this location come without the storied Five Guys "bag fries". You come to expect it all the time when you go to other locations, and then end up feeling sort of ripped off coming here.
