I always frequent buffalo wild wings and as always their wings are amazing, however when I visited this place for the very first time the customer service was terrible . First of all it was very busy and I understand it probably would take a long time to be seated and that was fine, however when we finally got seated a man seated us and took our order and it took 30-45 minutes for out food to come out, we never got our waters refilled as that was our drink of choice, and we had to ask twice for him to refill it, then we asked him for napkins, he never delivered, so finally we ask a passing my waiter to refill our waters and bring us napkins and he happily obliged, we were annoyed at the end of our meal and decided to complain about our server, it turns out our server was one of the main managers, and when one of the other managers confronted him he came to us very angry and abruptly threw his hands onto our table and said your food came out in a reasonable time and we said well that wasnt the main issue it was YOUR service, we asked you for things multiple times and never helped us, we were ignored the whole night, and he again got very angry and kept shaking his head no and said I did bring you everything, when he didnt, he did not even offer an apology or accommodation to our terrible customer service, we asked if he was going to do anything to fix what happened and he threw his hands up and said no youre not getting anything get out. I will NEVER return to this location again. If one of the main managers treated us with such disrespect that makes the whole store look bad.

I used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings every week sometimes a couple of times a week until one day I went there as usual they gave me a glass of water and the bartender noticed I was in a bad spot so he asked me if I wanted to move which I did from then on I didnt get asked about a drink water a food food order or anything I literally SAT there for about an hour its been about Id say six months since Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wings because of the experience it was humiliating for me because I said nothing I just got up and left. I didnt want to be rude or embarrassing but something was going on there and I never found out I just never went back. I love the food I especially love the fries but that type of experience for me as a black man and I almost hate to underscore that but I am what I am it was just a bad experience all together prior to that I dont believe Ive had the worst experience anywhere else so I just dont go anymore if I could have given the review without putting a star I wouldnt have so my review is actually a negative star or negative 5 stars.

Horrible!!! Was excited for a BWW to open by my house for I dont have to go so far an actual BWW.... So disapointed!! The wings are extremely small compared to all the other BWWs,Horrible service, Never been to a restraunt that tells customers they cant dine in because UFC fights are going on.... yet they have extra tables in the back and outside... Yet every other BWW is a first come first serve for the fights and if you are staying for the fights they charge you 5 dollars and hold your credit card only if you are planning to watch the fight or else they tell you if your done that you have to leave or pay to make room for others.... which is way better!! Better then arriving and hearing you cant dine in, only to go.... and servers dont know the menu and never check to see what you need.... I even I applied for the job and got turned down for them to hire these Do Dos!!!

My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday to watch a Broncos game that wasnt on regular cable. When I read the reviews I was a bit worried to go, but I gave it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. Pros: Great wings and came out in about average timing as well our drinks came out quick too, server was pleasant and on top of her tables. Cons: They do seem to be a bit understaffed, one of the drinks my girlfriend ordered a "knock-out punch" was way too sweet. However, our server had no trouble and made no fuss about exchanging it for a different drink. They use plastic cups on Sundays and one person here called it "ghetto" which is not accurate. It is for safety and I had no problem with that as I being a football fan can get a bit rowdy myself. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again.

Ordered a basket of wedges because I didnt even know bww had fries. The waitress comes back with a basket of fries, when I told her I asked for wedges (politely) she looked at me like if I was her friend and I straight up lied in her face. She then told me "noo you asked for fries". I then told her to just keep the fries Ill just eat em and she still had a rude look on her face. Like wtf I used to waiter and I know that behavior like that is nowhere near acceptable. Even if by mistake I said basket of fries I expect the waitress to say "Im sorry I thought I heard you say fries" take the fries back, then bring back the wedges. Because thats how a tipped job should work. Even if the customer Is wrong or made a mistake things should be corrected and handled appropriately by the waitress. Sorry for the rant

I went yesterday April 21,2012 to go see the ufc fight,Jones vs Evans and for my first expierence to buffalo wild wings would become my last.let me start off by saying that I purchased my seating and when asked if I was there to see the fight I showed my receipt and the host had put my name down,throwing away my receipt in the trash,30 min later I waited patiently and had no acknolodgement from staff that my table was ready.i told the host and she completely forgot,at this moment I wasnt very unhappy.i talked to management and they made host dig for my receipt in the trash,after that I finally got my table.food was horrible,a $15 plate was like ordering a happy meal.service was bad.i will no longer go to buffallo wild wings.

I experienced poor customer service at this BWW. It started with other people getting seated before us. I asked if they called my name and they said yes yet never heard it called out. My waitress kept taking forever and didnt really make an effort to serve us. When we paid "they lost our money" and could not seem to find out what had happened to it. Nonetheless they could not find the person who took our money and one of the employees even assumed the lady who took our money didnt work there. The manager had no authority over the employees and had a bad attitude towards the whole situation. He made no effort to resolve the issue. In all we waited over an hour to receive our change. I will never come back to this BWW again.
