Me and my grandpa came here on a Saturday afternoon to get away from the heat and have lunch but this place is dirty. The tables dont seem to get wiped down and neither does the floor it seems. A ladys son had spilled his drink and she let the staff know. She waited awhile for someone to assist but no one came. My grandpa told her to put the cone there and to go ahead and leave. It took around 15 minutes for someone that looked like a manager to come around and my grandpa told him that the spill was there for awhile... the guy had a tone and said that hell tell someone to clean it after he got off his break. Another 10 minutes or so passed when finally someone came to clean it. The trash cans were also over filled when we left. Id say it has very poor management. Ive worked in the food industry before and I know that the managers are usually on their employees to keep things clean. This place doesnt seem to care if its clean or not. Oh, and no, it wasnt packed, so there really isnt any excuse.

Watcha who takes your order. You get Vincent Juan Stephanie or Jasmine you will get the worst attitude that will wish you never incountered. They cant make a simple burger, Jasmine is a cop caller and juan is a sissy cant admit to his wrongs. Juan is tall with little hair

I had a Steak Breakfast burrito, 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, Feb 14th at this store and by 3:00 p.m. I was very sick. I went to an emergency medical center and the Doctor there said I had a food born illness and prescribed Cipro. Stay away from this place!!!

Sometimes the food is alright at this particular jax, the service here is mediocre at best. Their bathrooms arent always so clean, if youre a germaphobe. This just isnt, the bathroom for you to use.

The graveyard shift is slow its dirty and gets my order wrong 30% the cheese not even melted these days no matter what shift it is. Maybe i should call Jack!! LMAO
