Beware of online ordering practices and poor customer service. I was shorted items from my order and when I called to request a refund be issued I was advised that this is not within their corporate policy to make refunds in-store for orders made via their app for in-store pick-up. When I called and asked for the customer service number for corporate to resolve the issue I was told that I would have to go online and locate that information, they could not provide it. When I asked for the managers contact information I was promptly disconnected. Worse when I located the number for corporate customer service I was advised that I have to go online and submit a form under the contact us request with my request for a refund and someone would then respond to my request by email. Poor attention to detail, poor response to requesting a refund, and overall dishonorable business practices. Taking payment and then requiring the customer to jump through hoops to get back money paid for something they didnt receive is appalling. I wont be ordering from this chain anymore as a result and encourage others to consider who they are supporting when spending their money here.

Tried some carnitas tacos a while ago, hated them. Tried a Sofrita burrito and hated it a bit less. Its still not my favorite and it definitely doesnt taste like authentic Mexican food, but at least they have a vegan option

Love this place!!! Food is always consistent, always fresh, always amazing. Staff are polite, happy, and attentive. Very clean restaurant. I visit there at least 3 times a week, always fantastic!!

Love this Chipotle. We go out of our way to come to this one. The staff is always way friendly. The one at the mall always tastes... off. Meat is too salty, and never satisfactory.
