You know: this place blows hot and cold. Hot means good food and service. Cold is bad food and poor service. For the past 2 months weve been twice to this Auburn place. Food portions are smaller (but I understand this). What is more: the food is bland. Often greasy. The food simply does not taste like it is blended...mellowed. Its more like fresh frozen heated in a microwave (which is probably not true). Dont order the dillas (nothing more than tortillias filled with cheese (and some meat)...no sauce (not even sour cream) and the cheese was hard (as though the meal sat out for a while). $10!! Junk. And the waitress was obviously bored...came across like she had much more talent than the job required and we clearly were a nuisance. We will not be going back within 6 months.

Food was good. Dont go to eat the last hour before closing. Side work & closing the bar is Priority #1. $80 for dinner, felt like we were a bother to ask for silver ware & napkins to eat with. Thanks for the stellar experience

This is my favorite Chevys. Always clean inside. The staff is always friendly. They dont mind that we split a plate or charge us extra. The food is good, the chips are fresh, and the tortillas are hot off the tortilla press.

I do enjoy having a margarita during the happy hour, but thats about it. The food is usually cold. If its hot you can tell its been under a heat lamp and the food is chewy. Service is fine, but not anything to brag about.

We just moved up to this area...We went in to eat dinner and watch the warriors game. seating was right by the game and we had excellent customer service. Best chevys Ive been to yet!! We will definitely be back...

Could not write a simple order or the cook can not read english.. Very poor service ! ...I will never return, lf need be, I will drive too Sacramento... for mex-type meal. A good manager could make dif.

Filthy tables and floors. Lots of staff standing around but tables not bussed in the 1.5 hours we were there. Nasty! Went on Thursday at 115 pm. Plan to call manager. Can only imagine kitchen.

Food tasty but to high priced for the amount of food you get. TAKE OUT CHEVYS AND BRING IN CHILIS BAR & GRILL. BETTER SERVICE, BETTER MANAGEMENT, MUCH BIGGER PORTIONS. GO CHILIS!!!
