Oh my goodness. As a store manager myself I understand that you want to find areas to save. But this is ridicules. I ordered 3 tacos. I didnt know I was ordering a sampler. The young man started to load my tacos with a few strands of meat and juice. He would pick some up and then dropped it back in because he had to many strands. Wow I was blown back by this. I only got a taste of the meat. No real meal. Im a small guy and dont eat much, but come on! For the money terrible portions. I must say, the customer service was great.

I loooove chipotle, and have visited more than a few locations, but this one skimped on everything but beans, and we all know beans are just fillers. The bowl came with maaaaaybe 6 chunks of steak, and each taco with at most 3 pieces and they put about half a scoop of rice in my bowl. The food was still the same quality I expect from my normal chipotle, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Rumor is that the mens restroom also smelled terrible.

Got there at 10:30am when they should of been opening, but the doors were locked. Saw the employees inside prepping, so I decided to wait. After waiting 5 minutes and seeing them laugh it up without showing any sense of urgency, I decided to just leave. I get it, sometimes things arent ready on time, but to watch me stand around and just take your time and not apologize for the wait is terrible customer service. Will not be visiting this Chipotle location again.

Gotta say Chipote "mexican" grill is far faaar away from being Mexican!!! This place fukn sux!!! When u have the whitest blonde chic rolling ur burrito, FAIL!!!! how can u even call it mexican when their so called spiciest salsa taste like elementary taco sauce and as u walk in their nuttin but white ppl workin behind the line, I mean no offence anyone but common now who u triyng to fool?? Well urselfs i guess haha

Great service here and they were fast with the long line. Theres a long bar of short stools that toddlers can sit on and ample outdoor seating. Gas station and freeway close if youre on a road trip. The bathroom was ok. Not gross and not the best.

Pricing has gone up and I believe that the portions have gotten smaller. The staff is friendly but its kind of lost its momentum, plus theres a ton of Mexican restaurants serving burritos at about the same price and larger.
