We watched one of the order-takers call a non-Spanish speaking girl "Puta" to her face as she innocently ordered a meal. The worker next to him flinched, but didnt say a word We complained to a store manager, but never got a call back. So we told one of the owners, who apologized and said they would handle it. But when we went back to the Ladera Ranch location the same guy was at it again. He had even been promoted. We saw him make another nasty joke about a woman and her food order. He even joked about it with the guy who chops the food, but of course nobody understood them. It was totally creepy and we wondered A) what he was putting in her food, and B) how often he does this. Fortunately, there are many restaurants in the area with better food and safer, less-thuggish attendants.

The girl behind the counter is so classless. She could barley speak any English so I had to speak to her in Spanish. Even then she rolled her eyes because I asked her what comes in the Carne Asada burrito which isnt mentioned in their menu. After I paid 7.73 for a burrito that was filled with beans and very little overcooked dried Asada I realized I will never step foot in this place again!! Management, please teach your employees some manners and customer care btw add some more meat to your Carne Asada or just call it a bean burrito!!

Over priced Mexican food for the same old flavors, nothing special. Nachos = plate of chips with no cheese. Tacos = most overpriced item at $3. Burrito = well proportioned. Plates = most bang for your buck. Meat flavor: Al pastor = 4 bland for the style of meat Asada = 8 very juicy Chicken = 5/6 sometimes dry Carnitas = 8/9 great flavors!

Place is great. Go here all the time. Good food comes with a long wait time. Its that great! Dont listen the bad reviews. Some people just feel that the world revolves around them and have the nerves to be rude to people who are just trying to do their job. Try the carne asada nachos with chiles toreados. So hood!

Its not bad if youre in a hurry. The food is ok, but its not something Id go out of my way for. The chips are really thick and hard, which I dont care for, but Im sure some people like them. Overall, not bad or great, just quick Mexican food thats a step up from Taco Bell.

Too, bad those other people dont apreciate the finer things in life, such as Jalapenos! They are soo good, their guacamole is not tastless at all! Maybe those gringos should go down to mexico if they want authentic mexican food. Peace.

Good food and good value. Hard to find a seat though due to the cramped layout and lack of room. When you take your food to go, get ready to be in everyones way because there is nowhere to go. Worth the trouble though.

Well I was hungry. I had a carne asada burrito here. Im not hungry anymore. And I wont be coming back. No flavor. Couldnt even taste the meat. But could be worse. Im just into the flavor thing.
