Best sushi place I have ever been to, have had sushi all over Riverside county, San Bernardino county, Los Angeles county, Orange county and numerous major cities and this place is absolutely the best!! One of the only true Japanese owned and operated sushi restaurants left anywhere around socal, fish is always fresh, service is impeccable, sushi chef/owner is superb!!

Best sushi in Orange County period. Weve been coming to Shin for about 7 years and he is the best sushi chef and his fish is amazing. Every single person we bring to Shin becomes a regular customer. Oh, and he is closed on Mondays.

I have eaten here for the last 8 years and they never have let me down. Thick cuts and extra fresh fish. I strayed once for a sushi happy hour elsewhere and it left me wanting... big time. Never will I go anywhere else.

Best sushi in So OC. CLeanest friendliest, so many of the menu gems. Try it once, you will not be disappointed. Avacado dip, tea pot soup, yellow tail and salmon collars, all to die for.

YUMMMM! The Newport Sushi is to die for! Its all delicious and the staff is wonderful and sitting on the patio next to Lake Mission Viejo on a warm day, perfection! :D
