This was a delicious restaurant! The service was wonderful and everyone greated us with a warm smile when we walked in. The sushi was so yummy and fresh! I had the crunchy roll and lobster sushi and it was the best I have ever had. The sushi chef, Go was fantastic! He definitely knows what he is doing. The management obviously runs that business in an extremely efficient manner with attention to cleanliness and details. The prices are great too! They definitely do not rip you off at all! The Hawaiian music on Saturday as a wonderful touch to the ambiance of the place. Please, if you are in Orange County and are looking for a wonderful place to eat Sushi, Good Choice kicks butt! Woot Woot! :)

A small and simple restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The place is clean but when crowded can seem a bit tight. I would recommend sitting at the round bar in the middle where the boats of sushi pass. You can grab the sushi as it passes (they base the price on the plates when you are done...and the price is very reasonable) or you can simply ask the chefs behind the bar what you want and they will make it for you. I found if you sit and do the server route...if crowded, you can be waiting awhile. If you like Sushi and are looking for a casual and friendly place to eat...give this a shot.

We just moved into the area, so after maybe a few weeks of noticing this place, we decided to check it out. We were greeted right away and the miso soup was in front of us in about two seconds, right after the menus were placed. Smiles everywhere and really friendly place. The sushi chef at the bar asked us a few times what we wanted, even though we had a waitress. We ordered through him and her. Very warm place and the sushi was as good as Ive ever had. So delighted to have this place practically within walking distance away.

More like "Bad Choice" Sushi, came in and was basically ignored for 20mins. They had a party of 4 that was adamant about sitting at the bar, meanwhile there are two tables available and we still werent seated. So we sat ourselves as did the couple behind us who were Asian, and a waitress came over to them with menus and not us. Frustrated and starving we decided to leave not because of the wait but being blatantly ignored!

This was the very first place I ate at when I moved in up the street. Came in for lunch and the vibe was nice, a few tables needed to be bussed but no big deal. The staff was friendly and the service was good and food was awesome. I have been in the food and wine biz for a long time and dont real leave reviews, but this place did me in. Will go back a lot and bring friends and family when they come to visit.

Great food!! Sadly overshadowed by the incredibly bad service. We are locals and love the food, but the service only varies from bad to worse. We keep giving them another try because we enjoy the food - but tonight was it! People waiting to be seated, open tables & sushi bar but no one gets seated. Waited 15 minutes and finally walked out - too bad!!

Food is good but service is absolutely terrible. Most of the boats had no food on them. And the other ones had the same old food the whole time. The sushi chefs do not pay any attention to you and you need to get the attention of the servers they do not come to you at all. Not a great experience for me, many better choices in the area for sushi.

Waitress. That answered the phone got our order wrong and charged us full price for happy hour items and wouldnt correct the mistake or five the name of anyone in charge.. Usually this place is great but. The last visit was horrible rolls wer sub par . weve been going. Here for 8 plus years too bad too see..

Twice now, the same waitress has charged my girlfriend and I for our pickup orders without verifying the order. Turns out we have common names, and have paid for other peoples orders. Takes fifteen minutes to sort it out and void, and then our food isnt even ready? No thanks.

So so service. Had to wait 10 mins to get drink order in. The rolls were ok but very small for the price. Honestly there are some better quality places that serve much larger rolls in South county. Pass unless you want to go for the sushi boat gimmick....that is cool

The all you can eat sushi dinner is an unbeatable value. The sushi is good quality and its $23 for AYCE on Mondays and Tuesdays. Almost everything on the sushi and roll menu is included. The chefs are nice and the food is good.

The Miso soup here is fantatic! The prices are a little high but the food is great It also has a great family atmosphere which i really enjoyed. There employees were very attentive which I really appreciated.
