I order a cupcake cake for my son 1st birthday. The owner of course raved on the choices of cupcake i choice. Carrot cake, red velet,chocolate,vanilla, tasted dryed out. Like a two day old cake. The frosting was about 5inches thick. The frosting tasted like a pile of shortning. With the amount of frosting i could frosted two cakes. The cake is suppost to be the WOW, but the ice cream was. I m extremely disappointed in the $140.00 cupcake cake i purchased. When i place my order it was $114.00. As i was asking questions and giving ideas janelle the owner said what was my max dollar. When i said $140.00 she took it and ran with it. I also brought in my own items to put on the cake. I should have gone to Bristal Farms. A grociery store cake tastes better then the cupcake store. I give them zero stars. I will not be returning or recomending this cupcake. Over priced for dryed out cake and alot of frosting. Dont waste your time ir money.

These folks know cupcakes!! Over the last year or so I have frequented this charming shop and am always very impressed by the whimsical presentation, excellent flavor and texture of their cupcakes. This has become my go to shop for birthday celebrations, hostess gifts and for days when you just need a cupcake to make everything better.

I thought the cupcakes were great until I brought them to a friends housewarming, where she proceeded to bite into a CHUNK OF GLASS and cut her lip. And when I called and left a message with a non-Manager I got no return call! Nice way to do business.

Thought these were going to be good but cupcakes fell apart and had too much frosting. Couldve made these better myself.
