This use to be my favorite shop until they changed ownership. Prices increased and quality went down. They fired all the old staff and completely ran it into the ground. My favorite drink was the Pumpkin Spice, it was made with real pumpkin spice filling! I went in right before halloween and not only did they admit they changed the formula it was a crappy syrup. It tasted like dirty dish water. They gave me at least 3 wrong orders and were just downright rude! I use to go every week, but lately, I havent gone at all. Why waste my money. I give this place until March of 2017 - then it will be gone for good. No one is going to put up with overpriced coffee and sandwiches with crappy service.

I work at the Dominos across the center and just had the Sonoma salad(with no bacon) from there. Was absolutely amazing! Ill try it with the bacon next time as it was missing that bit of saltyness but that was my bad. Ive been there before and had their Mediterranean chicken sandwich and that is the bomb. That pesto on the sandwich is amazing. I totally recommend going!

Staff is rude. The first time, they ignored me. The second time I went , my sister wanted to try the place, and again it took forever to get an order, and nobody was there in line....the drinks are too sweet for my liking...and they didnt have all the ingredients available for the salad I ordered... The environment is cute, but I wouldnt come back

Recently stop to get a bite to eat on the way to Orange County. I ordered Ham sandwich and coffee. Took a shot cut to hwy 91 at Green River and decided to stop at the Plaza. Excellent sandwich and coffee. Good price and excellent service. I give the place and the people 2 thumbs up. Definitely stop again when I take that route?

Great service, nice atmosphere and great sandwich and coffee! I have been here for coffee but today, I had their Veggies lovers sandwich! Breads were perfect toasted and vegetables were very fresh and generous amount! Love that juicy cucumber and sprouts! Owner is very sweet lady too. Thank you for made my lunch today!

Best Coffee house I have gone to in my life! I would come here after school to get their delicious Ba-Eggel and Passion or Green Ice Tea! They have the kindest workers and they have very reasonable prices. The quality of the food is amazing and I 100% recommend coming to here!

Its a bummer this place is under new ownership. The old staff that worked here were a much friendlier group of folks, and were a good fit for this atmosphere. I wonder if these are the same owners that ran the previous coffee location to the ground before Urban Xpresso.

Very friendly and quick service. I got the BA-Eggle and it was delicious. Tasty bagel, great ham, hot melted cheese and egg. I love the selection, enough, but not too complex. And the drinks were service hot and delicious as well. Great ambiance.

This place has a great view to the lakes. It is very clean and the staff are exceptionally nice. You can see the kitchen from your table and that is so cool to me. Its like watching the food network.
