So unacceptable... They say they are open, but when we drove 35 mins to get here, the store had a sign in the window, be back at 2:30. We waiting until 2:45 and still not open. You should be open when the hours posted say you are open. Not a way to conduct a business! How are you close during the day? When you should be open! Im so glad I wasted my time and gas to come here and wait and wait and wait and wait. 2:52, still not open. So unprofessional!!!!

Food was good. We went in an hour before they closed and half of the ice cream options werent options cause they were put away already. Asked us to pick a different one. Same with the hot fudge. It was kinda annoying but the food was still really good.

I love this place. Been taking my kids here for years before seeing a movie. Gotta sneak candy in. Movies is just too expensive. And their cookies are awesome! I also tried an iced latte and was stunned that it actually tasted good.
