More of a customer service issues rather than the food quality. For the majority of my visits to purchase turons, 90% of the times theyre out of them. And when store worker/cashier was asked if theyll be cooking some more the default response were: "maybe" and "no more". And yes, no words of apologies at all. On one occasion, one of the cashiers told my daughter to come back in 30 minutes for the turons. So my daughter waited inside her car parked in front of the store. Half an hour later, she went back to the store and saw the turons tray was still empty. She asked them and was told, that they have had another priority instead of cooking turons. Its a very disappointing experience for her considering that she was just picking them for her Mom after a hectic working day. If youre unable to meet the demands of your customers, you might want to re-assess your business practices. Afterall, customers drive your sales/profits. And lastly, one good thing about corporate America is that, we do have options (competition). We dont have to put up with your unacceptable customer service demeanors.

Decided to check out this place, and see if I can purchase some goods for a small get together . Nice little small bakery with new decor and all. Looks nicer than the old school shops they have in Southern California . When I went they had limited flavors on the polvoron, yema, boat tarts. They also didnt have much of their assorted desserts and their fried chicken skin . Not sure if they do not carry as much as their other shops , but Im hoping they would . They dont also put as much bacon bits in their pancit malabon, and was a bit dry compared to what I am used to . Other than that the food was still good and hopefully they will have more items .
