No issues lately. Previously- "No avocado available" in pencil on my takeout order. No discount. I guess they hoped Id be well down the road before i noticed. Well, at least they noted it. Took it to the counter and they gave me a refund in the amount of an avocado add-on. I guess they cant be blamed if their supplier gives them bad avocados this time. Previously- Last several times, excellent. Most improved Panera. Changing to five stars. Previously- Today, busy at dinnertime. Five people at the registers, two registers open. Theres a growing line and three people stand around by the registers, looking busy. The person who handles my order takes four tries to get my loyalty number right. Previous review- Usually pretty good. Avocado spinach egg white sandwich today, and a latte. Nobody made the latte and they marked the order done. Fremont Panera also had this problem- the corp needs to focus a bit on employee quality control.

For about three months now Ive been going into the Los Gatos Panera, conveniently located on my way to work and have asked several of the counter people for "two shots of espresso." No one has a problem with this except one (very nice and very helpful) employee who, every time, says something like "Okay, just let me make sure I know what you want. Our coffee drinks always take two shots, so by a two shots do you mean four shots?" I have told her repeated that a shot is a shot and by two shots I mean I want "two shots". Weve already been though this at least five times and she knows Im a regular, but she still keeps confusing the issue. I have since gone to two other Paneras and mentioned this and they dont understand why that employee keeps asking if by "two shots" I really mean "four shots." Maybe a store meeting explaining what "two shots" means would help. This is my only complaint about any Panera. I love the food and atmosphere.

A mediocre, middle-of-the-road chain reaurant tryin.g to masquerade as an upscale bakery cafe. Bit Overpriced for their mostly average/ below average products. Desserts and muffins too cloying sweet/sweetness not balanced out with butter. Weird stick-to-your-teeth bagels, ginormous, bland breads-on-steroids. Great breads can be found at real bakeries, and you can get really good bagels at any local bagel shop or bagel chain... much better than what Panera grinds out. BUT ! Two things that I do like at Panera: >Espresso shots are pretty good. >Fresh apple pastry is nice and not grossly cloying sweet .

My first experience at Panera Bread, but definitely not my last. Soup (broccoli) was awesome! Sandwich was generous with great bread, cheese and fillings. The bacon on the sandwich could have been more generous but it was neither under or over done. Figuring they buy pre-cooked bacon like most restaurants, I give them kudos for using a good supplier. Service was fast and pretty friendly and spot on accurate. I have a new place to eat while Im out and about.

Incredibly busy. Small parking area. I called the location 3 times and no one answered the phone. I ordered online and it took an hour and 40 mins from when I placed the order to get the food, AND parts of the orders were wrong. In general the food was not prepared well either. My sandwich literally looked "thrown together." If I want healthy food maybe I should stop being lazy and make it myself with higher quality and half the cost.

Friendly service is King at this Panera. Reviewing panera is like reviewing a Starbucks. With consistency between branches being a priority, what is to review? Well the bathroom is always clean. The service is always friendly and with my familys one-a-week visits, they even remember our meal mods. Chicken Caesar salad is always a winner and the Bacon Turkey Bravo is a great cold sando.

Tasty food with healthier options and reasonable sized portions. A nice place for a quick meal. More comfortable than a typical fast food place and baked goods that are great. Calorie count is prominently displayed for all items. Keep an eye on that count when you look at the pastries. Tasty stuff, but the real full calorie deal.

Offers a rapid service option that is very quick and convenient for people in a rush. Even though there was a line and I was in a rush, I was able to use a kiosk to quickly order. There was a nice waiting area for the rapid service option and a screen that updated me on the status of my order.

This is a good place for lunch and free drink refills. The location is open with large windows and seating areas for large groups to individuals. The outside seating is nice and sheltered from the hot afternoon sun. There are order-ahead options without having to wait in a line.

This store is clean and proper. Service is usually pretty good, though I did wait 30 minutes for my food on one occasion. The food is decent for a no service semi-fast food place. They should hire extra people on the weekends to speed things up.

I love the fresh Panera salads and soups. Tried some sandwiches as well - my favorite is the Chicken Salad sandwich. I consider the bread one of the best as compared to a lot of other restaurants. The pastries are OK some better than others.

Great food, lots and lots of healthy options and comfort foods. Pretty decent bakery. Spectacular service and an awesome app! I love the rapid pickup and order from table option. You can make your order much more specific to you that way.

Dont waste your money! The produce was going bad, the bacon was microwaved and thin, way to much dressing. Took two bites of an $8 sandwich and threw it in trash. Couldnt even eat the apple since it was bruised and not ripe. Yucko!

Soup was hot, sandwich was okay. Typical meat portion balled up in the middle of the bread so had to re-distribute on my half sandwich. At least the plates were clean. Bathroom could use some attention however.

Quiet, good food and fresh baked items, cool AC, excellent place to stop in a for a good meal after a long day at work. And indulge in a cookie or cinnamon crunch bagel afterwards.

The food is good and service is great - location is alittle tricky as the parking lot is long and if all spaces are taken up it is abit of a walk to the front door.

Surprisingly I give this place in the upscale neighborhood 3 stars. I visit Los Gatos from Stockton and our Panera Bread is way cleaner.. especially the restrooms.

A good Panera Bread location. As most Panera locations, very full at lunch time, but the food is predictable (although a bit on the expensive side for what it is).

Friendly service, lousy coffee, good bagels. My visit was around 10am their coffee self service had signs of coffee brewed at 8am and it tasted as if it was.

The service at this Panera location was uneven, and two parts of our order were incorrect. Very limited parking as well.

I love Panera but this one has ipads to order. You dont need to wait in line at the counter to order. Loved that!

Good for breakfast or light lunch. I like their bagel and croissant for breakfast, and chicken salad for lunch.
