The food is decent here, but the service is appalling. My wife and I have been going for a few years. We order the same thing each time, so we have a pretty good idea of what the bill should be. Last night, they charged us for rice, when it wasnt on the receipt. They also claimed their tax rate was 8.875%, when it was only 8.75% (we Googled to check). The manager brought out a calculator to show me what should be the right total, and the total on the handwritten receipt didnt match the calculators number. There was no indication of tax being on the receipt, only the three dishes we ordered. To top it off, we accidentally gave them three $20 bills. They took the extra one, and didnt say anything until we spoke to them about it. This is simply unacceptable! Everyone, please beware of their business practices!

Sunglasses out there, been to call the same day, then pick up tomorrow when the waiter and cashier just said see, then I do not know where to go. Low quality! This is not recommended to store the consumer!太阳眼镜在那里掉了，当天打电话去过了，然后明天去拿时，服务员和收钱的只是说看到了，然后不知道到哪里去了。素质低下！建议不要去这样的店消费！

WARNING STAY AWAY! ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES! After finishing a meal with my family at China Palace I looked at the bill and noticed that we were being overcharged by 10 dollars. After doing our own calculations, we kindly asked the cashier if that was the correct total price. At first they tried to persuade us that it was tax (like tax was 10 dollars for a 30 dollar meal). After disputing for a couple of minutes they took the bill and changed it and tried to make us look like the dumb ones. I am incredibly disgusted that the business had to resort to such shady manners. I will definitely not be coming back.

I was enticed by a family member to eat at this restaurant. It took them 25 minutes to take our order and when I paid my bill the cashier didnt return my change because she said it was for tip. My husband and I always give at least 15 to 20% tip when we eat but this was the first time I felt disrespected. They decide not to return my change because it was for tip. Very rude! Cant they wait for me to give them the tip? VERY VERY VERY bad customer service. Im asian and I will tell all my friends about the experience I had with this restaurant.

the food is great hands down but the service is horrible, my partner and I loving coming for the food and in order to ever get great service is to leave tips otherwise they will remember you. I was 8 months and we were waiting to be seated and the older lady seated other ppl that were after us first. I promised myself to never come back but the food is hard to resist. I gave it another try and its like you just have to seat you self and be firm with them otherwise they will not do anything for you

Service not very good especially if you dont speak their language. Ordered large soup with vegetables and several meats including shrimp. Compare to picture of plate, only four miniature shrimp and hardly, hardly any meat at all. I dont know what type of beef they are serving because, lots of soft fatty tissue all over the meat. $45+ for our dinner and wasnt worth it at all. Food and service used to be excellent. Now????? Nnnnhhhh

Extremely bad service there. This place used to be good but now running by bunch of jokes without the consciousness that the restaurant is a service business. Walked in and sit there for 10 min and the service crew dont event know to bring the menu over. There are plenty of hands working but non seemed care enough for the business. Doubt if the owner or a manager is on site or not. Probably not.

In the past 2 years, I have been here about 2 times a week in average. This is a great restaurant: food is great, price is great, is clean, and good service. On top of all these, it opens 7 days, 11 AM to 3 AM. I recommend this restaurant: rib with black bean, bitter melon beef, walnut shrimp, and many others.

This is a diner-class restaurant so dont expect exceptional service or tablecloths. The spicy noodle soup is the flagship dish. The prices are reasonable for this class of restaurant and they are open very late so it is convenient if youre out after midnight. I have never had a bad meal here.

Convenient for late night eats, food has been extremely salty lately though Update: place has sure gone downhill, wont be coming back for a while. All meats taste extremely salty, like they preserved it in salt or something. Also today one dish tasted like detergent.

The food is ok, but had bad experience with service. Even if the service is bad, make sure to give enough tips if you intent to come back again. If not, they will remember you, deliberately keep you waiting for your service/food, and shame you on next visit.

Decor and service were on the fair side of things, nothing particularly impressive. The food however is excellent and reasonably cheap. The free cup of bubble tea they give (for dinner?) is also a small plus.

The waiters attitude is sooooo bad!!! The food is definitely not fresh. Wait for a log time to get the dish. At last even no receipt provided. I will absolutely never eat here again. Worst experience:(

They are open til 3am. The food is greasy and has a ton of msg but if youre a little buzzed that can be a good thing. I like the house fried rice, Chong Qing fish and the salt and pepper pork.

The food here was good and it was relatively cheap. Theyre open late, so its a good place to hit up if youre out after ten. My favorite part was getting a free milk tea with pearls.
