Warning: this is a bit of a rant as well. So I dont normally write reviews but I really was looking forward to Pizza Hut and this branch did terribly. Its kind of my familys thing when we travel that the first night we are away from home we get Pizza Hut. There were only a couple problems, but they are kind of biggies for me. So last night we called to place our order. Side note, I dont expect employees to be cheerful or anything so not having a peppy person answer the phone didnt bother me. (Ive worked minimum wage jobs and dealt with whiny, entitled costomers, if youre still a cheery happy person after a couple months, I would love to learn how you do it. Anyways, I digress.) We knew what we wanted before hand and our order wasnt too complicated, a bit odd but not hard. One larger Canadian bacon and pineapple stuffed crust and one larger stuffed crust with extra sauce, extra cheese, and pineapple (my odd post pregnancy cravings lol) At the end of our order we asked for them to repeat our order. They had it in as two large Canadian bacon stuffed crusts. Not the end of the world, so we correct the order and finish the call. When we get the pizzas I noticed they were even more greasy than normal, which is kind of a bummer. But the big disappointment was that I had asked for extra cheese and extra sauce, and even though we were charged for the addition it was apparent that we didnt get it. There was so little sauce that it was more like a treasure hunt trying to find it. And there was not much cheese at all. Over all my experience with this branch of Pizza Hut was very underwhelming

I ordered my food and it said 20 mins.... I gave them an extra 20 mins... I still sat in the store for 25 mins and it was 15 mins before they started my order even.. oh they gave me a free unwanted soda... I said I didnt enjoy their brands, could I just get some kind of coupon or discount on my next order... you can have a soda sir all the while people are just standing around smiling at me, gee thanks... terrible customer service, and the service runs from annoyingly late to ridiculously late but no matter what it seems theyre always behind somewhat. just keep this in mind if u order... hands down this place takes the cake for worst pizza hut ive ever been too... I used to live in small town outside boise id and there was one gas station and the pizza hut there was always busy but was veery punctional... truth is this place is run by a bunch of kids I dont think ive seen one person under 25 even managers.. and they dont seem to adept at dealing with any kind of rush wat so ever.

I live in Manteca and have ordered from these people about 4 times in the last year and every time I call I get the same monotone order-person. She answers and just says, "Pizza-Hut-can-you-hold." Then she comes back and says, "Are-you-ready-to-order-or-do-you want-to-hear-the-specials." She never says, Hello, Thank you for calling, Thank you for chosing Pizza Hut, or anything. I do not hear any kind of personality in her voice at all. She sounds dead. When I went in to pick up my pizza this girl has too much black make up all over her face, her finger nails are like 2 inches long, and long hair down all over her shoulders and even covering her name tag. That is just sloppy and gross for a restaurant. Bad customer service for real. Do not be so nonchalant. I am a paying customer not your hood rat friend from down the street. They need to drop this chick and hire somebody else. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza online. First their website sucks now (pizza hut in general) and it forces you to sign up for delivery/pickup and your house info before you can even LOOK at the options. Second after ordering it said, oh your pizza will be ready in 80 minutes. WTF 80 minutes for pizza? I could make my own from scratch in less time. Third, when it did finally get here it was almost stone cold and the cheese almost all congealed from sitting out for so long. How hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it hot and cheesy? Over all a horrible experience. If it at least arrived hot and perfect I could almost over look the amount of time it took to get it. As it is, this branch just sucks for timeliness and overall satisfaction. Places like this turn me off to going to any Pizza Hut ever again.

Twice now their website has quoted a 1.5 hour wait for delivery. Both times I waited until the pizza was late to call the store... only to find that its been cancelled. Seriously? They dont even offer any accommodations for the issue, just a "Sorry wed be happy to place your order over the phone and deliver in an hour." I like Pizza Hut pizza but will no longer be placing orders with them online ever again.

Ive always been treated real well by the employees at this Pizza Hut. Their appearance is a little different, but I respect individuality in workplaces as long as the main purpose is being served. My pizza is always made with good care and not sloppy. They listen to what I want to order and not pushy on all the extras. I get my pizza hot and fast, enough said.

While it did get here fast and the driver was nice, the pizza looked like it only had a few minutes to cook, was completely flat, barely any ingredients, overall looked extremely rushed. Would rather have a cold, and well cooked pizza than this greasy crap.

The pizza was horrible ! I saw the bad reviews but Ignored them because I wanted to try the 10$ pizza.... Dough wasnt cooked all the way and I had to cut the pizza myself at home . Horrible stomach ache... And the black olives ... Smh

Every time we order online they wait 30 mins then call back to say they only have one driver and that hes out on break so itll be at least 2 hours unless we wanna pick it up.......worst service ever!! Dont waste your time

First time ordering pizzahut and last time ever! Atleast from this spot. Delivery person was nice but time was terrible. I was told 30min it took way over an hour i live 1 1/2 miles away... Oh and the pizza was cold!

Loved the service, it was fast, I mean like 20 minutes for 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I was a little disappointed they did not deliver to my location, but thats not their fault. The food was also fantastic.

PH used to be my fav, but not with that amount of toppings...! Large pizza with half of it covered...?The rest was empty...Seriously? And those tiny chicken wings?Please... Definitely never again!

I love pizza hut, but this place sucks. Either theres no sauce, barely any cheese or sometimes no cheese at all on some parts of the pizza. This place cant make a pizza for anything.

Pizza Hut in general is cool. But this Manteca branch is terrible. Its owned by cheap-os, and they never want to honor the national promotions such as the $10 take out. Booooo!

Good all around they do take a bit longer then other places to answer the phone and put u on hold a lot but good pizza and they get it to you fast
