If you are expecting a gourmet pie, go somewhere else, but if you are expecting great pizza at a great price come to Pizza Hut. I too am happy that they have finally arrived in Folsom. For much of my childhood, I ate at Pizza Hut with my family whenever there was a big game and pizza. I think if you go in expecting to have something unimaginably great, youd be disappointed, but for a nationwide brand, Pizza Hut delivers. The staff at this Pizza Hut have been courteous and professional. If it was a toss up between Dominos, Round Table, or Mouontain Mikes I would choose Pizza Hut because I really like the way it tastes.

These guys are unbelievable! I called to place an order. Ive ordered from them before so they should have my payment info on file. At any rate, they never asked for my credit card info. When the driver arrived, he told me they only take cash. This was never communicated to me by either of the people I spoke with while placing the order, neither of whom requested that I give them my credit card info. The delivery guy called the store and the manager told him that it was too late to take my credit card info and that he needed to leave. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

We live 3.4 miles away and they will not deliver. Their range is 2.5 miles. News alert... if you want to stay in business, you will need to deliver farther then most of us in Folsom walk. 5-mile radius is the average. If they continue this rediculous delivery range, I give this place one year. FYI- if they cant drive a few miles to deliver a pizza then we will never drive there to get one.

Better than you think! The customer service is great, and the deals are fantastic. I am so glad that we finally have a Pizza Hut in Folsom because I was having stuffed crust withdrawals. Amazing pizza at a great price, what is better than that?

Have tried this store multiple times rude employees pore quality food and dont honor adds that are supposed to. Trying to order stuffed crust pizza doesnt mean Im asking you to do me a favor I am paying for a option your store advertised

I want this place to succeed because I like their pizza but they are new and still trying to find there footing as a store. The pizza seems very inconsistent based on who is working.

Been to this store 3-4 times, have yet to get adequate customer service or our order correct. Gave the store a 2 week grace period but this is ridiculous.
