I wish i could give a big fat 0 stars. I was in no way compensated for last nights cancellation of my order as a customer it is beyond me that a place that delivers 3 blocks from my house could not provide me any service nor any explanation why they cant deliver on my block. I understand there are safety issues delivering at night but maybe you guys should take precautionary tips from other pizza chains because all I was left with was somebody telling me that my order was cancelled. You guys didnt fulfill your job which made me unable to fulfill my job as a mother and give my children what they ask for. I feel like I was being discriminated against for being in a low income and quote ghetto area. I actually work out of the Roseville area if I were to cancel somebody of service for the day I would kind of feel obligated to compensate them or offer them some kind of discount to come back. But at this point you guys have completely turned me off into wanting to send any of my friends family or even myself there to give you business from the phone call I received from your store didnt seem like you were too concerned about losing my business anyway in the future I would help you guys would do better and providing awesome customer service because you missed out on great people like me appreciating having a meal delivered and offering a great tip

One of the worst pizza huts I have come across in terms of service, timeliness and cleanliness. I arrived at 7:30 and ordered dine in. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:00. I checked with them at 8:03. The lady said 5 minutes. Kept saying 5 minutes. Many customers came and picked up the orders. At 8:30 at I got restless and said I will cancel my order. The lady promptly cancelled the order since my pizza was still not ready even after 50 minutes!!! I was on a long route drive and wasted complete one hour without even having got the food. The place was smelling. The staff was non committal and rude. If they had told me it would take 1 hour, I would have taken some other decision. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Avoid the place.

Every time I order from this place theres an issue! Its the closest pizza place to my house but from now on I will drive the extra miles if I want pizza. They are way too slow! takes forever! the workers are always rude. You walk in there and theyre all just looking lost not even helping you... also I tried ordering online and its charging extra from no reason. It says I have extra toppings or extra cheese and I do not. So I call them and they say its extra to order over the phone they do not have that deal basically they cant help me. So stupid!! I will no longer order from this place and will make sure none of my family members order from that place as well. Save yourself some time and disappointment and do not order from this location.

Worst pizza Ive ever had. The customer service was horrid. We waited for at least ten minutes while workers walked in and out not doing anything before we even got talked to. The lady also got our order wrong and then didnt even apologize and just blamed us. The pizza was dough. It was like eating soup off or raw dough. Breadsticks were terrible and wings were cold and disgusting. Ive gotten better service at a gas station. If I could give negative zero stars I would. Do not eat here

Employees that smoke cigarettes are disrespectful...they throw there cigarette butts all over the place..which ive ask them not to do.. But its the fact that... How do they have time to smoke 20 or 30 cigarettes a day..must not be working to hard.. But they make my job harder...oh yeah I forgot if your order is messed up.. I say thats from employees smoking blunts while working.. I have to pick up there blunt wrappers also.. But just my opinion from what I know to be true..

I just bought a pizza and its the worst tasting pizza i have ever had. Ive never complained on a pizza before. I knew i should have went to little ceasars or bought a frozen pizza. But i chose pizza hut. I called the store and no one wants to take my complaint. Im heading back down there for a refund or another pizza. OMG that was awful. No wonder they have bad ratings. Ill never go to pizza hut again. If they changed ingredients they better switch back!

Horrible service. A friend of mine called and ordered food for me over the phone and they refused to give it to me when it was delivered because the person who ordered it for me wasnt there with his ID and Card. He even called back and told them the situation and they said "its not our fault your friends too broke to order his own pizza" unbelievable! If I could give this place a lower rating than a one star I would!

Customer service is snippy. Ordered at 1217pm. Was told 2 hours delivery. Called back at 325 pm (3 hours later) and was told they had 11 minutes left on my 2 hour promise (?how??). And now delivery is 4 hours so it could be another 2 hours! Wtf? Isnt this fast food? I could have showered, dolled up and finished a meal at a gourmet restaurant in that time. I will stick with Round Table who are expensive but reliable.

Horrible customer service! They sent home the wrong pizza (not vegetarian) and when I called to have them fix it, they didnt want to do it. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked if they were trained to treat the customers like that and she said no, then said I was verbally abusing her, not even close, and hung up on me. Horrifying.

What a pain in the ass!!! Ordered food delivery wouldnt leave it because my husband wasnt home and I used his card. We have ordered delivery 5 other times to our house and never had this issue. 37 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was some pasta, Also they had no problem charging the card before it was delivered and what a waste of food!!!

HORRIBLE service it took over 2 1/2 to get my pizza after calling 3 times I asked the manager if hed have the delivery guy call me to see where he was REMIND U I REQUESTED for the pizza guy to call me , he said NO WE DONT GIVE OUT OUR EMPLOYEE NUMBERS if my car wasnt in the shop Id go their and trash their restraunt

The cashier dropped my menu, screwed up my order and charged me more, was dismissive and rude. They still gave me the wrong order but did in fact give the refund. I was having a bad day already and she made it worse. (A mother and daughter were leaving and said "I hope you like your job more!" On the way out. Lol

Call to order a pizza. Have been waiting for 5 min to order over the phone. Was told to come in 15 min. When I came, was told to wait 10 more minutes. There were only 3 people waiting for their pizzas. Sat at a table and was wondering if they ever clean their greasy sticky tables with warm water and soap.
