I called to order pizza and was told theyre franchised so they do not offer the same specials as any corporate stores without anywhere from an additional 2 to 3 dollars more. Seems like youre taking advantage of people. Judging from the reviews, everyone figured it out. The poor ratings are necessary here and not just for being unprofessional. The food was completely disgusting. It was the worse pizza I had ever had. The sauce smelled fishy and I didnt order fish. It was spoiled. The bread was drenched in grease. The cheese smelled like athletes foot. It was completely gross. I ended up in the emergency room off the little piece I had eaten. Food poisoning. Imagine that. Salmonella at that. Luckily for me I can afford a lawyer but this place couldnt afford a lawsuit, so, I did the right thing and decided to just never come back there again, and make sure all my clients in this area know that this place is off-limits.

got delivery sent for my family as I was about to head out for work for dinner, I had delivery before and had picked up pizza at this location I live down the street. 2 hours go by and my wife calls me using her last prepaid phone minutes, the pizza has not yet arrived and no communication between them and I have been made. I immediately call the Pizza Hut and told them what had happened they had let me know they made an attempt to call me, which was a lie my phone had no missed calls or call on my call log, they also claim since I was a new customer I had no privileges in them just delivering my pizzA.they claim to have void my order I hope theyre not lyIng. worst customer service for a Pizza Hut. yes even for a Pizza Hut that bad customer service.

7/4/2010: Ordered a Meat Lovers pizza and 4 drinks, two Pepsis and two Dr Peppers. They said 35 mins and they are only about a mile from the delivery point. I called them at 45 mins, nothing. Called at 55 mins and they said they would call the driver. Well after 1 hour waiting, what I received was 2 Pepsis and 2 Diet Dr Peppers (I hate Diet drinks) and a dried up pizza. all for 25.00 Boy oh boy what a deal. Picked up a pepperoni pizza, you would thing its the most simple thing to make but it was discusting. The ingredients didnt stick together the pepperoni was falling off it just look horrible. It also was drenched in grease. I really tried to eat the pizza because I was hungry but it was just horrible I was starving but instead had to literally throw it away. Not edible didnt ever think this could happen. They obviously didnt now how much of what to put on the pizza

If i could give them 0 stars i would! My order took about an extra 10 minutes which usually wouldnt be a big deal except my wings were BLOOD RED not pink RED, like wtf took so long? NOT MY WINGS!! they refused to refund my money i offered to bring them in, send them a picture anything i could do those things arent cheap and they wouldnt do anything besides make me some more shitty wing! Secondly my order wasnt even right! Spent $35 on trash!

Worst pizza and service I have ever seen anywhere. Their pizzas dont resemble what they claim to be because they short you on literally 2/3 of the toppings and then sprinkle a little cheese over the top to hide their topping-free lie of a pizza. I usually get a decent pizza from pizza hut but I will never give this particular pizza hut another dime of my business!!! Corporate should stop these guys from violating their franchise agreement.

Why would I use online order if I have to answer the phone to confirm my order, I used online because I have no cell reception unless I go outside. Waited 1 1/2 hours then went outside to find out my order was cancelled because I didnt answer my phone that had no reception. Not the first time pizza hut failed me. Never again.

Horrible -.- I called in to try to ask questions and put in my order and my parents and I where figuring out the money stuff and so I told the lady to give me like 2 minutes while we straighten things out and she hung up . Ill never call or go there again horrible service! The ladies name was Hanna or something like that?

Terrible, i am not very far from their location. However, my pizza is usually cold, burnt, OVERLY greased (expected some grease, it is pizza after all) the staff are rude, more into socializing with each other & smelt like alcohol. Very disappointed.

I ordered from them last night. They said it would be delivered in one hour and 15 minutes when ordered at 730 pm on a Tuesday night. But almost 2 hours later the guy shows up. The chicken was horrible but my pasta was ok.
