Worst customer service ever!!!! The lady forgot to give us one of the plates we ordered & PAID for. My dad went back to let her know & she demanded to see the bags. My dad went to the bags from the car & she still had the nerve to accuse him of taking out the plate & leaving it in the car. The plate was given to us, but she kept the reciept. I called about 20 minutes later & there was no manager available to talk too. The girl in charge, Rina or Rima whatever her name was, was totally rude. When I asked her whom I could make a complaint too, she said "ugh, whats wrong?" As if we did something wrong, I explained to her what happened & she cuts me off to say it wasnt her cause she was on break. She said she was gonna find out who it was & call me back. She called me back 10 minutes later to tell me she was still gonna find out who it was. Never heard from her again. Besides that the food was so dry. Last time ever purchasing at this location. Management get your customer service right.

Unfortunately the girl that was their with the name on the receipt Jessica light skin with blonde hair was so rude, unprofessional, n the worst customer service. Let me start with no greeting since the begging, using personal phone calls, rushing on the order pretty much hurrying up, water fountain not working, talking to her workers with bad language "i dont have F***** time for this." Seriously!!! Talking to other costumer with a really bad attitude. Making wait other costumer to take their order while she was in the back. I work with plenty of costumer even if Im having a bad day i would not treat my customers the way she did. I hope you take matters on this situation.

Terrible customer service, really rude towards the paying customer. The food is good but the service is bad. I went about a week ago and ordered a bowl, i asked for Soy Sauce, and the manager responded with "Sorry we havent had any for 2 weeks" I believe as a manager you should be on top of things, after all its all about customer satisfaction.

My dad had order two beef bowls but in my mothers beef bowl the rice was mixed with the burned stuff the grill has and it tasted like little pieces of sand due to the grills burned tar. However my dad threw out the receipt my word of advice dont ever throw your receipt because they wont receive your complaint.
