A Sat.about 12 pm Ordered for pick up , got there and decided it wasnt packed with people . So I asked to dine in . Asked a waiter that if it was fine to sit at a table , she said it was fine . Then another one comes and talks to her and she comes to tell me and my wife its a closed area (there was other people eating in that same section ) . So asked where can I sit then ?, they point me out where and I comply . Sat down and no waiter asked us if we wanted drinks , I had to get up and chase them around . Didnt even offer a few napkins . Not to mention the food was cold . Had this guewy taste .seemed under cooked. Oh!, I had asked for wet , and they were worse than when you dont ask for them to be wet . Even to pay I had to go chase them down to pay . The manager came out and just seemed to just put a fake smile to people that make eye contact with him . Downey location is by far the best one Ive been too.

This place has horrible service. We got in and had to seat ourselves. We waited 10-15 minutes to have them take our drink order. Received drinks fast & ordered food when drinks were brought. After that never saw waitress again until we approached them. Didnt come to refill our drinks or check up on us. We had to stop the waitress and ask what was taking so long with the food. They said all the orders are ready except for 2 burgers. We asked them to bring out the other orders that were already made and ready. 10-15 minutes pass by and they still havent brought out the already made food. Weve been at the restaurant for over an hour and we didnt want to wait any longer so we just got up and left. The place was not crowded and the waiters were just standing around by the kitchen. Never going back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. It sucks because it was my first time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Arrived a bit past 7 and holy moly!! So we wait for our seats for about 10 minutes which wasnt so bad, except we see other late comers being seated... then again we were a family of 3 and others were 2... or 6.... or 8. After being seated we wait at least 30+ to be helped, which I dont blame her really because she did have a table across us that was large. And they had an issue with a hair strand being in their food. Then apparently the kitchen was backed up. Well lo and behold the same thing other people have said here in the reviews about the kitchen being backed up because they werent expecting that many people. Got our food at almost 9. It is now 9:43pm and we are finally leaving. Id like to give this place the benefit of the doubt since I had no issue when I came last year on another occasion with someone else

Bartender misplaced my card after waiting 30 min for her to find it in left my contact info. She found it later and said it would be in office. Never disclosed she charged my card or for how much. After having to drive back to pick it up the manager just handed me the card ......no apology or knowledge of why my card was there in the first place I asked if my card was charged he was not sure and how to check .... after that he informed me it was I asked him if the was the norm to misplace their customers bank cards he said no and he would talk to the bartender..... never going back to this location first & last time .... we usually go.to Torrance location before this one opened and have NEVER ran into any issues at Torrance one... on top of losing my card it took forever to get served ...

So I went to this BWW, when I got their wait was 20min, then 40min went buy. They said the kitchen had problems so orders where backed up, I said can we just get seated and order drinks while the kitchen gets fixed, they said no. So we are waiting people are coming in seating themselves ordering food when they had told me they werent serving food at the moment because of the kitchen but yet people would come in sit at the bar and order food, what a waist of my time waited for 1hr 30min until my wife had enough and we took off. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS BWW WORST EXPERIENCE WONT EVER GO TO ANOTHER BWW AGAIN THE STAFF NO WORDS THATS HOW BAD THEY WERE.... just in case it was on July 30th, 2016 it all started around 7:20pm when it all went bad.

This place is horrible i was walking and the main manager almost ran me over i had the right away because she had a stop sign i walk in to try talk to somebody because shes trying to confront me and fight me lol i ask to talk to the manager and she was the manager i honestly couldnt believe she was the manager she was so unprofessional i ask her why she tried to ran me over her excuse was that she was late for a meeting which she never apologized for her almost hitting me with her car.. I should of let her hit me just so i could of file a police report Im not surprise of her getto attitude because shes black i wont ever return here the customer service is horrible if i could Ill give it zero stars.

Horrible bwws . The waitress dropped off the tablet at our table so that if the food is not ready in 15 min youll eat free . The waitress for some reason didnt start the timer as soon as we placed the order since she didnt we did. the food came like in 20-25 min later and at end they came with some bs that waiter had to start it just so we wouldnt get a free meal . Like whats was the point of putting the tablet down if you werent gonna press the button . Not only that but they have the worst customer service . I waited like 10mins for ranch just to get my food cold alway horrible service they didnt even come check at our table for refills until we were finished with our meals

Do not come here, the waiters steal your money. Had this happen to us twice & we called to let them know. they said they would look into it. never got back to us. Decided to give it one last chance & the service was terrible & the waiter was rude. We spoke to the manager then & brought up the theft & they confused us for someone else who had their money stolen. This means they are aware of the problem and do nothing. Not worth the time, money or energy. My in-laws tried to go just for the deal on Tuesdays & again they were treated badly so they just left before even ordering. If you want BWW go to the one in Torrance at the Del Amo Fashion Center.

Visited here on a Sunday around 3 with a family of 4. We ordered a tailgate platter, mini cordogs, fries, medium order of wings and a few beers. Food was great but it would have been better if they brought us celery with the wings like we asked. Server only stopped at the table a few times, we definitely would have ordered more if we seen her. We ended up stopping the manager who refilled our drinks. The manager Richard was great! The only reason why my review is so good is because of him. After we made a mention of the lack of service he personally checked up on us and made our visit great. Its great to see a manager who appreciates his customers.
