I just got back from picking up my food and I am extremely disappointed as to the quality of my food and service. Usually this burger shack has good quality food and service but I havent been in awhile so maybe times have changed. I ordered a regular cajun fry and my standard chessburger , lettuce, tomato, extra jalapeno, ketchup, mustard, and hot sause. Service was good on the cashiers part she gives me my reciept and tells me I am order #28. 10 mins rolls by and I hear #29 called.... Regular cajun fries. 10 more mins go by and I finally stand up and ask if my orders ready they tell me just a little bit. 5 mins later i get my food... I open the bag to check if my food is still warm since my burger has been sitting there for over 5 mins since the fry guy decides to go out of order and let my food sit. Burger is ok temp but after bringing it home problems are obvious. I am a short 2 min drive down the street. I get home and look at the fries now and they are disgusting! Literally the most greasy and mushy fries ive ever seen in my life. even worse then fries ive seen sit for an entire day and get old. I try to find one thats not completely covered in grease and sample it and it just taste like streight grease. I toss them out cant even eat fries that had me waiting an extra 15 mins for. Ok time to sample the burger.... Its still warm but bairly. Thank good the taste is on point and they didnt over do it on the mustard, ketchup, or hot sauce! I was about to drive all the way back just to tell them how bad those fries were. Not sure wtf happened but those fries should have never been served, and if they fry guy was paying attention I could have gotten my food in a timely manor. Ive never waited more then 10 mins for food at any 5 guys from georgia to california NEVER! I am not typically the guy to do this but this experience was so bad I couldt help but write a sad review. Youve change 5 guys... youve changed........

One of the best places to get a burger and fries! The fries are un-matched, and the burgers are great. The price is what is a little out of my comfort zone. Especially when you order a Bacon cheese burger and they forget the bacon. (Third time its happened to me) I would come back because it is really great.. I am just slightly salty about the bacon this places owes me.

DONT DO IT!...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!..This Place SUCKS big times...Food is Nasty! ..This franchise might be good in the East Coast but here in the West Coast you can find better Places to eat!..Prices are Outrageous, Fries are nasty...Bottom line they dont taste good...and Whats up with all the Loud Black workers?...

The food is good but small portioned. But rude guest experience. A African American male came in to ask for change and the staff immediately shoved the guy out. The situation couldve been handled better. Overall very uncalled for ! We wont be coming here no more. !

Always made right. Super friendly people , great customer service. When waiting longer then usual employees always ask what your number and try to push older as fast as possible. Truly work as a team to get food out fast . Great job guys ! I love the fries .

Its ok, I think Hawkins on Imperial Hwy & Central taste way better. To me five guys burgers taste like a better version of Tams/Toms Burgers. If you have the money and time check out Hawkins or my ULTIMATE FAVORITE "BURGER LOUNGE* @ Beverly Hills!!

If you come towards the end of the day, you get to take home a ton of fries. This place has excellent service, the burger toppings are super yummy, and I like eating the free peanuts while waiting for my order. Id say its better than In n Out.

“Great Burgers!!” They never let you down the food is always great but the staff at the one by quail springs mall is terrific! Friendly and fast! Love the soda machines, wish they had those in the one by our house in Florida!

This Five Guys is often very busy but they get the orders out quickly and with flair. The quality of food here is a bit higher than the Mcdonalds next door, which is reflected in the price, but I think it is well worth it!

Great staff. They are always loud and communicating it a fun show to watch when busy. The burgers are big the fries are bigger. But the prices are even more haha. Cost $15 a person for a meal

Ok burgers, their bacon cheese dog is really good plus all your toppings are free like mushrooms grilled onions etc. Highly recommended!! A Little loud, but clean & friendly staff..
