On 8/15/2016 I came to have late night snack with my girl and got 2 chicken Caesar salads and onion rings as we waited for the food the beeper did not go off what so ever so we waited for a little over 20 min, for 2 salads and some onion rings. Once I approached the register to get my food it has been sitting there for about 5 min without the buzzer going off so I got it myself then I wanted to get some ketchup and they ran out so I asked an employee if she can please get me some ketchup and she simply ignored me to help other customers, and couldnt wait for my food to get colder than it already was so I just left outside to eat and as I was eating my onion rings I realized how hard and cold they were as if they had left them out and gave them to me cold which I did not like I took them back and told the girl and the register they were the most disgusting onion rings I ever had, by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN THIS HABIT LOCATION, THE STAFF WAS VERY VERY UNHELPFUL NOT JUST TO ME BUT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO, AND BY THE WAY THEY ALSO RAN OUT OF FORKS FOR THE SALADS AND WHEN I ASKED HOW WE WERE SUPPOSED TO EAT OUT SALADS THEY SIMPLY REPLYED I DONT KNOW.

Staff is friendly, but the food is awful! Both my husband and I still have heartburn, and he can eat almost anything, a stomach of iron. The bread was hard and chewy around the edges where they had grilled the bun. The onion rings and fries both tasted frozen, not freshly cut or battered. The prices are not that cheap for what this food was....McDonalds fries are better. I had never tried this chain, I am a fan of In n Out, and Fatburger. I had always thought I should give Habit a try. Not a fan.

Love love love Habit! I have ate at this particular location many times and I have been happy with the food and service every single time. My favorite item on the menu is their char burger and sweet potato fries, which I imagine is many peoples favorite! I always ask for extra ranch and not once have I been turned down, looked at funny, or been given an attitude. The workers at this place are amazing! Management you are doing a great job! Keep it up!

The Habit makes a fresh and tasty burger and has decent fries and onion rings (but thumbs down on the sweet potato fries). Its not the GOAT but it hits the spot. This location tends to get a little busy and crowded so be prepared to wait (and bum rush a table when one opens). Note: Bathroom situation sucks, making it an ordeal to wash your hands after scarfing down your burger!

I usually love the Habit. This was the worst chicken teriyaki sandwich that Ive had at any of the Habits Ive been to. It seems like somebody may have accidentally dumped the salt on it and then served it anyway. When the girl that worked there asked me how my sandwich was I told her but they really dont care. Ill probably avoid this specific location in the future.

Favorite fast food joint the charburger never disappoints, while the fries and ranch are second to none. The chicken club is also fantastic. I try not to stray from my two go-tos but Im sure theres more delight to be found throughout the menu. You can ask for half fries and half onion rings if you wish! And the $1 ice cream cone is a great treat.

Love the smell of this place as soon as you walk through the door. Burgers are solid. Nothing gourmet, but its a fantastic burger. Havent tried their chicken sandwiches, or other menu items. Milkshakes are made of actual ice cream, so expect a solid sugar rush.

The Santa Barbara burger is great. You can order it with only one meat patty if you want to save some calories. Or to really save on calories, get a chicken salad with dressing on the side and use the dressing sparingly.

The food and service are great. Try the Asian chicken salad OR the pastrami. You wont be disappointed. Johnnys (Adams/Crenshaw) pastrami fans will love this food. Eating here will become a Very pleasant Habit.
