Dont let the edgy wallpaper paper fool you. Maybe we expected too much on our first visit into a Floyds? Our son saw Julia(?)- we showed her a picture of the basic style we wanted and it she had to fix it 3 times. I made it as easy as possible showing her pictures of boys cuts and she rolled her eyes at me everytime. We still left with one side of his hair longer then the other and had to take it to another barber shop who fixed it and nailed the cut the first time. Unfortunately there was not a manager present to assist us with our concerns for the lack of service and cut. But I have to admit the pool table while you wait is a nice touch although it wont be enough for us to ever return.

Traffic in Crossroads is terrible. Its impossible to go through the drive through in less than an hour!! The traffic control security guards are rude and obnoxious. This place has always been bad for years and has never improved. I waited for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. The truck parked to my right needed to get out but the security guard didnt care and he prevented me from going through claiming that the car across from me gets to go first. I will never go to another in and out ever again!!!

Cheeseburger and french fries were cold. Had to drive through again to get a replacement and now the french fries were overcooked and not that good crunchy part at the bottom but almost like they took some and reheated them I dont know, the only good part was they have Heinz Ketchup. Im not going to be coming back here anymore Wienerschnitzel has fantastic french fries, so does McDonalds and curly fries are awesome at Jack and the Box.

I guess that there is a reason why this location is always crowded. I mean I love in and out, but this location is always packed for some reason (Actually for a very clear reason). They make great burgers, they always try to help, and they have a great customers service. If you love in and out, you will love this location.

I love in-n-out fries! They use real potatoes and they are so fresh. I just heard that Micky Ds uses almost no potato in their french fries. That is creepy! Our staff often picks in-n-out as our lunch spot of choice. Thank you in-n-out for quality food at reasonable prices.

Its In-N-Out what do you expect? Great food, great friendly service, and a crowded place. This one is no different, a bit on the smaller side so seating is of course difficult, but they get through the orders at terribly fast speeds. Great food.

Best hamburgers ever! They have wonderful service and the staff are alwas friendly. You always see them cleaning the counters and filling drink areas. I recommend IN and Out Burger to everyone. It is a great place to eat there or take home.

I dont know how 5 guys got into the number one spot but In-and-Out is absolutely far and away the best hamburger on the planet! And although this place can be a little crowded it just shows how many people love I hamburger from in-and-out.

In-N-Out employees are always working hard. 1:30 arrival. No wait to order. Animal fries well done took the expected 10 minutes. No problem. Worth the wait. Double-double animal was great as usual....Again, I ate too much...

Classic, cheap and cheerful burgers and fries. Less a star as this location is crazy busy and lines of cars for the take away line spills out into the shopping center parking lot causing traffic issues.

The food was up to its regular reputation, very good. My table and bench seat were filthy and a nearbye swivel chair had a loud and annoying screech each time the child sitting in it turned.

I am glad I had the opportunity to try the famous In-N-Out burger but the meal fell short. The burger was alright but the fries were dry and flavorless. Ill stick to my Midwest options.

As with every other In-N-Out, this is a clean, inexpensive and fast place to grab a bite with the kids. Recommended! Parking and drive through is a circus, however.
