Hoy fuimos a comprar al Burger King que esta en el Segundo y la Praire. Pedimos la promoción de las wooper y pagamos pero nos dimos cuenta que la promoción había cambiado. Ya no estaba con sodas y papás solo eran las hamburguesas. Preguntamos que si nos podían dar como estaba anteriormente pagando la diferencia el chico dijo que le preguntaría al Manager. Posteriormente se presentó el Manager y sin darnos ninguna explicación fue a la caja empezó a escoger los billetes y agarrando los más desgastados y hasta rotos me los tiro en en el mostrador cancelando la orden y sin darnos una explicación Fue muy grosero prepotente y arrogante. Creo que como Manager le falta mucho por aprender. Les pido por favor hagan algo al respecto porque esto no puede estar pasando. Con esto que el hizo bien puedo poner una demanda a la compañía y estoy segura que a los Burger King no les hira nada bien.

I ordered a whopper meal combo without onions. And they included onions. The sofa machine did not work for me or the child in front of me, until I spoke too the associate behind the counter Argo did something to get the machine started. Then even though the restaurant only had 3 other guests in the dining area, I could not find a decently clean table to sit at and eat. There were burger wrappers on the floor from negligent customers Argo couldnt be bothered to bend down and pick their litter, however I cant say that Im surprised at this point. Art this point Im never coming back to this place and am writing this review so that corporate can do something to improve things or risk losing more customers.

The place is clean. Has a friendly staff. Lots of seating. Convenient location for driving or walking. Has lots of patking. Had a television with cable in the dining area. Despite there being multiple people coming in and out and talking in the dining area it was surprisingly quiet. The drae back was they were out of one of the items I wanted to order. The menu is busy and the print is so small it is difficult to see options or pricing.

It is very simple: Whenever I visit BK all I am asking is to be OK. I do not expect anything, since surprises here can only work for the negative results. Since even their most amazing Burger will be OK. There were no surprises here, expert for strong after taste from the soda machine.

If you need a place to eat where its less packed and in the mood for a burger, then BK is the way to go!!! Come around Wednesdays between 3-4 p.m. where most of the time like 80% of the time is not packed!!!
