Jeff, the GM at this location, is very immature & very unprofessional. When my friend had talk with him about the Bikini Contest, Jeff said there were 50 girls competing. When my friend & I arrived the day of the event, Jeff said 40-50 girls were competing. What my friend & I discovered is that only 25 girls were in the contest. When the contest was over, my friend went up to the manager to see why only 25 girls were in the contest. My friend did it in the most polite way. Then, Jeff started with an attitude towards the guy. While that was happening, I was talking to the gentleman sitting at the table next to me. Then, Jeff saw me & touched me & pointed at me & my friend saying "Both of you, get the F out". He was cussing at both me & my friend when kicking us out. He was being a complete jerk to the 2 of us. We just wanted an honest answer. We were NOT looking for trouble. HE was the one who started the problem, not me & my friend. We dont like that kind of treatment towards us at all. Especially because my friend & I came all the way from San Diego & San Marcos just to see the contest. And all we got was an immature man talking crap at us & cussing us out acting like he is the real deal & says that he can do what he wants. My issue, in particular, is when Jeff touched me & thats the one thing I cant stand the most. When people touch me like they can do what they want. If anyone were to ask me & my friend, we would both agree that Jeff should be fired right on the spot for how stupid he was towards us. Touching people, being dishonest, & being rude to customers is NOT on Jeffs payroll. Fire the guy immediately!!!

Theres nothing to like about this place! I came two nights in a row with a different set of friends each time. First off the new location is beautiful but the girls are not! It Really Did Look Like They scraped The bottom Of the barrel to find these girls! The first night our first waitress went on break and left us with this girl who was very unpleasant to look at and on top of all that the service was horrible! It took us 10 minutes to get refills and our food was ice cold! We tried getting the servers attention and she ignored us, and we saw the manager and he walked right past and never stopped to help. Our fries were stale, we asked for fresh fries that we never got. As we were leaving we got our ticket validated or so we thought. We Get All The Way To The Parking Structure Try To Leave And We Were charged! The lazy hostess never scanned our ticket! I called to speak with the manager Justin and he was just a bone head! Really dumb guy! The next day I decided to come back and give them another try. Terrible idea! The hefty hostess made us wait for a booth when there were a few available and gave us an attitude and said its because we had to wait for the server to greet her other tables. Pretty understandable, but her attitude was awful! Then she sat us, she walked a mile ahead threw our menus down and by the time we reached the table she was walking away! Final strike. This hooters is a terrible place to eat. The managers are lazy and the girls are over weight and ugly! Also theres a pregnant girl running around in a tank top! Not cute! Get it together hooters !

Absolutely horrible. Came here on Labor Day Sunday with my family around 6 and waited almost 45 minutes for a table on the patio. Over half of the patio tables were empty. Half of the dining room tables were empty too. Once we were finally seated, we waited almost 10 minutes to order, then our beers did not come until after our food and appetizers. Then we heard our waitress (Krystal) arguing with the manager, telling the manager that we were not in her section. Thankfully, Yajaira picked up the slack and took care of us. The manager on duty was great, and made it a point to come by several times to see if we were taken care of. Very good guy. Compared to the amount of waitresses they had on staff, it was not what I would call a busy night for a flagship restaurant.

I placed a to-go order. Two cheese burgers well done with fries and drinks. I waited over 20 minutes. Ok fine, it looked busy. When I got home which is 10 minutes away. I gave the container to my sister and I got mine. Both our order were missing our top burger buns, no fries. Just the meat and the cheese and the bottom buns. What happened to the lettuce the onion tomatoes and our fries?? The food is always good there. Never thought take out would be this horrible. My sister was mad because she enjoys eating there and they ruined it for her. I called and I told them what happened and the lady just said Im sorry, I will let them know and hung up. Poor customer service. I just wanted them to be more careful and double check the orders. I did pay for a meal and got duped. :(

We stopped by while cruising the down from LA to Balboa Peninsula. The dishes we ordered were served with tons of oil! Of course, we like the amount of cheese and taste was great. However, we definitely felt the food after we left the place. Ive said Ill never such place again as my health worth much better than such style of fries & burgers. Ive tried plenty type of cheeseburger which were great, but this one felt really made with great amount of butter & oil. Pull yourself together and try something else around...

I waited 15 to 18 minutes before I was given a menu a table that came in about same time as me on outside patio was in two groups and moved from a smaller table to a larger table then there order was taken, after there order was taken my order was taken, the good news is my food was brought out first, I then went to a unclean table and got my own paper Towle roll for my table. I have never been to a hooters before dont think I will be in a hurry to go again thanks for the great food but service SUCKS, AND SUCKS

I dont understand where all these high ratings are coming from...TVs were cool, service was okay...and the food was terrable. And I do mean terrible... hard and dry lemon pepper chicken breast tenders were bottom of the batch, with dry fried chicken crumbs that filled most of the basket. The "Texas Cheese steak" sucked ass, dry meat microwaved cheese, and hot dog bread for this meal. $70 later I was pissed. Ill never come back unless Im looking for just a beer and the game.

I always came to to this place on Tuesdays to enjoy the delicious food, wings and drinks with my wife. Last week while sharing my order of wings with with my wife as we always have, I was approached by our server who let me know that I cannot be sharing my wings, that "this is Hooters policy and we had to order separate." I dont go to a restaurant and spend money so that I can be told what to do with my food. I will never be going back to any Hooters again.
