Cool bar cool vibes lots of work done here to make this place great. But honestly its too loud. One small pool table in the back. Random dj booth. Decent bartenders. But that changes every year. Bathroom is almost always clean. Juke box works but kinda sucks...(new type) But thats just my opinion. Vibe is weird, its a bar trying too be two different things not good or bad. But if a classy guy and a sports guy went together and tried to make a rockabilly-ish bar. This is what happened and bam you have this bar. Many mustache men and sometimes rockabilly girls dress up and show up. But often its the usual local lbc dive bar punks. Look rough but everyone is generally supper friendly. Oh and depending on your bartender they do poor hard. Drink selection varies but its always enough and of course they have their own special cocktails. If thats not enough the tenders are capable of making you something else if your that complicated.

So I came here on a first date to just grab a drink at a local hangout. The place is fairly small and has a laid back atmosphere. Its like a dive bar mixed with a bit of hipsterness. I mainly came here because I read that it had board games but they were no where to be found. They did have one pool table however. I ordered a couple of their specialty drinks and a Moscow mule. All the drinks were pretty good and fairly strong. If youre looking for a dive bar that isnt trashy this is a good place .

We go there for the Moscow mules! My wife loves them. Fresh ginger beer made onsite makes their mules the BEST shes ever had. The staff is awesome and it is a fun place to hang out. If you are a pool player, the pool table is awful. Its so un-level that every shot left the cue ball near the corner pocket. Lol Who needs pool anyway?! With Moscow mules as good as they are here, there is no need to do anything but enjoy the drinks.

I am giving this bar 5 stars yet I have never been a guest there. I am from Philly and heading to Long Beach next week on business. This bar was recomended to me by a local and I plan on checking it out during my stay. My hope is to keep this rating at 5 stars!! See you next week.

Denise was amazing and the Lady Lay she created was better than I expected, it was delicious and refreshing, shes a very good bartender. I always come here and she made me feel like ive known her for years. I greatly recommend this place, a must try. Ask for the Lady Lay.
