I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband and I went for Valentines Day. We made reservations and were seated immediately, however there were more than ten other people waiting in the doorway and plenty of tables+booths open. We were seated at a table and were packed in like sardines; my elbows kept hitting the people next to us! I asked for a booth but was told none were open. They were serving a "special" Valentines menu that had the most boring and generic items from their usual menu but were charging more for the same items. (seven dollars more for my usual veal dish for example). When the food arrived i was completely disappointed. The garlic bread was dry and stale, the salad was sub par and didnt have nearly enough dressing and my veal was tough and chewy. When the bill came they would not accept my groupon which was very upsetting. Every other business Ive bought a groupon for had dates posted on their websites and on location if they were not accepting groupons. I specifically looked at Napolis website, door and hostess area for a sign that they were not accepting groupons for valentines day and saw nothing. This place is just bad all around and their business practices are appalling. Dont waste your time or money.

Ive read previous reviews and yes, the place is very very dated. Think old 80s Italian restaurant. Service, it was not as good as Id hoped with no waiting. We entered the restaurant and no one was there to seat us because the lady was seated talking on the phone in a booth I the other side of the restaurant. The gentleman that took down our orders seemed to pay more attention to large parties than us. Chipped plates, dirty floors and dead bugs all over the windows, not to mention I had to clean off my seat before I sat down. Food reheated next day, not very good. The food is incredibly heavy (in large quantities) and the garlic bread was clearly not fresh because it was so hard. I wont be coming back nor will give out a recommendation to anyone.

it took me years to finally eat here......and when i did...i will never go to any olive garden....macaroni grill or carabbas again!!!! i am from the east coast and having been looking for years to come even close to east coast italian. the service is great! and every dish i have had has always been perfect. prices r very fair for the quality of food. the last time i went to olive garden thier protions had shrunk and the prices went up. Napolli!! !!!!!!

Very good for So Cal. Ive been to Italy and NYC and you wont find better Italian than Italy (duh) or NYC. For southern California its probably the top 3 Ive tasted. The pollo genovese is amazing. Excellent sauce. Lunch prices were about 12 bucks and you get PLENTY of food. We used the Entertainment coupon book, as we often do when we try a new place and it was very good. We will return

We were seated immediately, our waitress was awesome. Helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The food was excellent. We both enjoyed our meal very much and two thumbs up for the canoil. The place is a little dated but the food makes up for any decorative issues you may have. This was our first time to the restaurant and wont be the last.

The food was wonderful, the staff was amazing and helpful. We had Mahi Mahi, Filet Mignon and a seafood dish. The only problem was that the Filet was slightly undercooked. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend if youre looking for a good date night. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the experience.

If I could rate this place a zero I would... the restaurant its self is very dated. The waitress went straight to the larger party who came in after us.The food was mediocre and over seasoned. The only positive aspect of the establishment was the host/waiter and bus boy/waiter.

Dont ever choose this place for an event. The service was bad, not enough servers and food took a long time to be served. They had only one server for 20+ people. A little disappointed since we choose this place to have a nice evening and unfortunately it didnt finished good.

My wife and I have eaten here twice and have loved the food and service. Each time our server has treated us well, the ambiance has been adequate and the food outstanding. Our Italian cousin says this place is authentic and excellent, and she enjoyed it very much as well.

OMG! This food is Amazing!! My husband took me here for the first time and we fell in love with the food. From the fritti calamari, to our seafood plates and delicious desserts. The service was exceptional. We will definitely return to Napolis again. Great restaurant!!

most of their dishes are good. The side noodles are just noodles with tomato sauce over them. Very plain. Eggplant parmesean is the best in the Inland Empire. Their prices however are ridiculously high!

Really good, authentic food. The best bruschetta Ive had at any resturaunt. Prices are similar to the Olive Garden but the food is soooo much better. Truly an authentic experience and treat for the palate!
